Pros:

Начитавшись положительных отзывов, забронировали с подругой этот отель на шесть дней. В итоге, почти всё это время на ресепшене никого не было, таблички с просьбой об уборке у нас в номере тоже не было. Для того, чтобы решить вопрос с уборкой в номере, пришлось связываться с администрацией отеля. Также для нас явным минусом были тонкие стены, ночью было слышно, как кто-то храпит в соседнем номере. В целом, не могу сказать, что впечатление об отеле отрицательное, но и положительным его не назовёшь. Из плюсов лишь удобное расположение и минимальные удобства. В следующий раз будем искать другое место, чтобы остановиться.

Экономно и удобно
Pros:

Необходимые для невзыскательного путешественника удобства, на мой взгляд, заслуживают всяческих похвал: удачное расположение, чисто, тихо, нормальные ТВ и WiFi, хорошие кровать и постельное бельё, индивидуальный санузел в номере. Я первый раз останавливалась в мини-отеле, куда завтраки доставляются, однако они не повторяются в течение недели (составлено расписание), так ещё и три варианта на выбор есть дополнительно. А главное, персонал по-настоящему клиентоориентирован. Меня (пенсионерку) несколько раз спросили,ем ли я это меню, ведь можно заменить, несколько раз спросили, устроит ли меня завтрак от 8.00 до 11.00 - вдруг я в воскресенье посплю до 12.00. В общем, я довольна соотношением цена-качество.
