Beautiful location with easy access to locations such as restaurants and local shopping. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable providing excellent recommendations for local activities and dining.

Santorini is steep, so be prepared to walk up and downhill, where ever you may be going!

Hotel and staff were lovely, but we requested our laundry be done, delivered our bag around 10am, and were told we would get our clothes back by 3pm, and we didn’t receive it until 9:45pm!

Great stay with a dream view—absolutely unreal and the highlight of our trip. We booked the Caldera Suite with in-room hot jacuzzi and loved the spacious, unique room. The balcony had a great setup with a table and lounge chair—perfect for relaxing.

We traveled with our 1-year-old, and the staff were so accommodating, providing a baby bed and high chair. They also welcomed us with a meal and coffees, arranged transfers, and allowed early check-in, which made everything so smooth.

It’s about a 15-minute walk to Fira; not many restaurants right nearby, but a few options plus shops and a mini market. Breakfast isn’t included but was nice to try one morning (€10–15/person).

Overall, a unique stay with outstanding service and an unforgettable view!

Great central location high up on the rim of the caldera looking down on the beautiful white buildings and blue pools. The only thing .issing was an onsite pool.

This property was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One downside is there is no restaurant or other dining facilities on property. There were, however, a number of places in close walking proximity.

The only "problem" I had with the hotel was access to the Reception check-in area was down too many steps and so access to and from the room with the bags was extremely difficult. It's best to travel light when staying there.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Views are amazing. Room was not clean and bathroom had mold. Some ants in room. But for the most part it was great

Blue Dolphins Apartments & Suites is the perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini. We stayed in the "honeymoon suite" with the hot tub on the balcony overlooking the caldera and it was gorgeous. My adult children stayed in the "Cave House" and they loved it. The views were amazing and the location is perfect. There are so many dining options within walking distance and the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious. The staff is very kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay there perfect. I read a lot of comments in the reviews about the many stairs within the hotel and I was surprised when I arrived that the stairs are even mentioned at all. Yes, there are many stairs but there is a narrow ramp next to the stairs that is the perfect size to accommodate rolling your suitcase on, freeing you up from having to carry your luggage. Some of the rooms do not require you walking down any stairs to access them. My advice is to have one member of your party walk empty handed to the reception area to check in and receive your room key and location, possibly avoiding moving luggage down any stairs. And frankly, if you or anyone in your party can not manage a lot of stairs then Santorini might not be the best destination because the many stairs are not restricted to this hotel, they are everywhere on Santorini. We rented a car and there was always a free parking spot by the hotel. Overall I think this hotel is a 5 star hotel.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Clean facility. Beautiful view. Perfect positioning.

The room smelled really bad like backed up sewage. We requested an alternate room and we were told they didn't have any. However when we called hotels.com and complained, the facility magically found another room. Also it claims we can see sunset, but there is a facility right infront that blocks the view so cant really see any sunset. We had requested info regarding stairs in the facility. we were told there were able 10 stairs, which turned out way more than that.

I had such a lovely stay at Blue Dolphins! The romantic suite was beautiful, and had a such an amazing view of the sunset every night from my balcony! The room itself was nicely set up and clean. Christina was so helpful in answering my questions and providing support when needed, along with recommending some eateries nearby. My only feedback is that the breakfast could be better, given that it costs an additional $15 per day. But do appreciate the breakfast being delivered and picked up from my room. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend to others!

Amazing experience, beautiful views. Yanni at the reception is my person, he was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and made my stay more than I could have imagined.
I felt cared for, like I was with family. This trip was everything and more. I will be back.

For weeks before and after our scheduled stay at Santorini, there were thousands of mini earthquakes around Santorini...ranging up to 5.8.
There were travel advisories against visiting island and locals and tourists were vacating the island as precautions.
Eventually a state of emergency was announced for Santorini.

We requested a cancellation of our stay at Blue Dolphins due to the earthquake activities....but, however were not allowed refund or credit due to earthquakes.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. My only concern was that one of the shower heads did not work. We needed to shower in one of the bathrooms. However, this was not a big deal at all.

The Blue Dolphin was so lovely. The view from our room was beautiful. They served us breakfast in our room each morning. The staff were so kind and helpful. The stay was a real treat!

Staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the views of the property. Only downside was the rooms had a funny smell due to limited ventilation.
