Un personnel digne pour les grands hôtels palace, très compétant mais qui travaille avec un outil désuète, l'hôtel à besoin d'être rénové. Malgré tout!! Allez-y, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et j'espère de tout cœur que le personnel est bien payé.

Notre séjour fut inoubliable grâce à tous les acteurs de l’hôtel. Cet hôtel est tellement convivial , très bien placé , personnel agréable et professionnel, établissement très propre. Abdel qui est responsable d’équipe embellit votre séjour et est constamment présent pour vous. L’animation est variée et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des spectacles tous les soirs avec des intervenants extérieurs , de vrais artistes ! Merci infiniment pour ce séjour de 10 jours exceptionnel !

Mein Zimmer war im schmuzigen dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Gepäck muss persönlich hinauf gechleppt werden. Das Gebäude war heruntergekommen. 3 Tage lang gab es die gleiche Speiseauswahl zum Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Personal unmotiviert bis unfreundlich. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. 3 Sterne sind für so ein Hotel eindeutig zu viel.

Manque des moyens par rapport le nombre des visiteurs surtout au restaurant.
Trop de bruit la nuit, difficile de dormir avec la musique très forte.
Plage privée pas terrible.
Le personnel de restauration et d'animation très sympathique en général, malgré le manque des moyens.

Je vois avec l accueil pour annuler la réservation avant le Check in. Nous avions réservé 20 minutes avant il me dit nous n’avions rien encaissé car pas d enregistrement la plateforme vous remboursera
J’appelle la plateforme qui me dit que l hôtel refusé re rembourser la première nuit . Si j’avais su nous serions restés

Un très beau séjour , je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Petit descriptif :

L’accueil de la part des réceptionnistes est vraiment très très bien.

Vous allez être accueillit avec une boisson rafraîchissante.

Le personnels sont très gentils et très serviables.

Personnel de nettoyage très bien et très gentil.

Les serveurs au restaurant sont au taquet pour vous amener à boire et vous débarrasser et ceci toujours avec un grand sourire.

En résumé un très bon séjour , je recommande fortement et sans crainte.

It was very bad , first the hotel.com is very bad do not show you your invoice , I paid for all included and the hotel told me no. Service very slow and bad, I can not understand how they want tourist to come to tunisia if this the way they do business.
