Best hotel experience ever!!!! I love Ritz!!!!
Pros:

Great location and pretty clean! Perfect housekeeping, they can remember all the details and surprised us! Really smooth check in and out service. All the staff are great and friendly, super knowledgeable and thoughtful!!!! They upgraded our room to ocean view suite which has the best view to see the ocean!!

Cons:

Only the shower room’s door is a little bit annoying. It needs more protection or rubber to reduce the noise. Every time we feel like the door gonna be cracked.

Amazing upscale hotel with great staff and service!
Pros:

Nice quiet location 2 blocks off the very crowded beach. Room was spotless and spacious and comfortable with beautiful furnishings and a big patio overlooking beach. The pools were quiet and well maintained with attentive staff. It was our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a devious pineapple tray and a lovely swan made of folded towels. They also upgraded our rom which we really appreciated . Every staff was super friendly and helpful.

We loved the Ritz Carlton. The location was a little out of the Main Street but we liked that and still walking distance. The staff were amazing and the rooms were beautiful!

Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Beim ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir ein größeres Zimmer in den oberen Etagen, was wir noch besser fanden.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Der Ausblick ist in den oberen Etagen viel besser.
