Pros:

A truly wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The true gem of this place is Mr Sayed Farag, the owner. What a guy! He was very helpful and helped us with some if our tours, unfortunately we had booked our hot air balloons online and had some issues. If we had booked with him this would have been avoided.

The breakfasts were also bountiful and delicious. All of the staff are super friendly and very helpful.

There is also a restaurant on the premises and the food is amazing and freshly prepared.

They provide an all in one experience in Luxor and I cant recommend this place enough. 10 out of 10 will stay here again.

Pros:

Super hôte, toujours à notre écoute, pour que notre séjour se passe de la meilleure des manières !
Le restaurant très bon !
Le personnel ultra sympathique et arrangeant !
L’hôtel offre une superbe vue sur la vallée des rois (couché de soleil breathtaking)

Pros:

Hôtel sympathique proche de Thebes. On est passé par eux pour une sortie en felouque au bord du nil (30€ pour toute la famille) = très bien, ainsi que pour le vol en montgolfière (75€ par personne). Très pro.
Belle piscine. .

Cons:

Les repas sont un peu chers pour l'Égypte....

Un conseil aux futurs clients de cet hôtel ne réserver aucune activité en amont, réserver auprès de Said le propriétaire, montgolfière, temples...etc

Pros:

L'emplacement.

Cons:

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce type de chambre.
Vendu au prix d'une chaîne d'hôtel de luxe alors que c'est une chambre sommaire qui devrait être vendue à un tarif plus basique et abordable. Literie et draps tachés et jaunis par précédents occupants.
Le gérant n'inspirait pas confiance et chaque interaction avec lui laissait un sentiment oppressant, on se sentait plus surveillés que libres en vacances.
Plusieurs appels vidéos WhatsApp de sa part pendant notre séjour de 2 jours.
Attitude qui s’apparente davantage à une démarche commerciale insistante qu’à l’accueil attendu dans un établissement de ce standing.
Nous étions contents de quitter les lieux.

Pros:

オーナーがとても親切に気球の手配や、観光のドライバーの手配を行ってくれて、大変助かりました。カイロからスリーパートレインでルクソールへ向かいました。朝早い到着にもかかわらず、チェックインをすぐにさせてもらえて、良かったです。お部屋も清潔で、ストレスなく過ごせました。

Cons:

テレビの付け方が不明でした。また、ヘアドライヤーがあったら、良かったです。

Hôtel parfait pour serjourner à Louxor, nous recommandons fortement.
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. L’accueil du personnel, les conseils pour les excursions, les taxis etc.
Le calme tout en étant à proximité de nombreux temples et montgolfière.
La propreté et la nourriture, tout est parfait.

Cons:

Rien, tout était parfait.
Seule petite déception est que le rooftop était fermé pour travaux.

This is a wonderful, peaceful hotel on the west bank, surrounded by fields. I will stay here again!
Pros:

We loved the breakfast, the swimming pool and the location. Transport to the ferry was easily available. It's the best place to be in Luxor, away from the crowds and right opposite the Colossei of Memnon. The staff are friendly and Mr Syed who owns the hotel is always available to help.

Addendum: A nice opportunity for night photos of illuminated statues.
Pros:

I stayed a few extra days at the New Memnon hotel due to its excellent location so I will add an extra comment or two (see previous more extensive comments). The hotel is only a 3-5 minute walk from the the Memnon statues. What many may miss is that the statues (ever expanding as archeologists find more buried and stand them up) are illuminated at night. It is an easy walk to take very nice night photos .... it is the cool, safe and no tourists. Also, one can see in the distance all the other tombs and monuments lit up; one can walk closer to others or go to the roof of the hotel for panoramas. Or just have a juice or tea at adjacent cafes and observe while relaxing.

Pros:

Il soggiorno al New Memnon Hotel è stato fantastico!
L’hotel è davvero ben tenuto, con stanze pulite e arredo nuovo. Anche la colazione era ben organizzata con ampia varietà di piatti (sia dolci, sia salati) tutti preparati al momento con prodotti locali e freschi.
La caratteristica principale di questo hotel resta però il suo proprietario: Sayed.
Lui ti farà sentire a casa, baderà a qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno, potrà organizzare i tuoi spostamenti per i siti archeologici.

Lo consiglio vivamente!

100% recomendable
Pros:

El alojamiento es increíble, es espacioso, cómodo, limpio y se nota que han cuidado cada detalle. Tiene un jardín y piscina que son perfectas para relajarse. La azotea es impresionante, las vistas desde ella son inigualables, tanto para ver el atardecer como para ver el amanecer con todos los globos volando cerca y por encima de tí. El desayuno es muy completo y está riquísimo, al igual que la comida y la cena. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Además, el barrio es encantador, y las vecinas y vecinos nos han acompañado en nuestra experiencia, haciéndola aún mejor.
