1. 枕頭套髒污通知櫃台，櫃檯人員說晚點處理，直到退房時都沒人處理。

Great experience!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect, really elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and abundant, and they also helped with my allergies. Location is perfect, really close to the train station and to the city centre; staff was really helpful and nice, always ready to satisfy any request.
