Al Nabila Hotel

الغرف غير نظيفه...وتحتاج الى تغيير الفرش فيهابالكامل...ولا تليق بعرف فنادق ال 4 نجوم

1. The hotel is not near Ramses Train Station as shown on the map on hotels.com (Google the address listed for correct location)

2. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould - there had been no attempt to clean it. I’m used to backpacking and budget hotels but this is the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

3. Images of foyer are incorrect (the hotel is being refurbished so the images shown are now a construction site)

4. Completely overpriced for what it is compared to other hotels in Cairo.


The sole reason for booking this hotel was that it was located near the main train station.

Everyone was smoking cigarettes and the smell was everywhere even on the clean towels and linen when they were changed over

The service description on the website is not matching the reality, I needed internet for my work but I was surprised that there was no internet at all in the rooms. Hot water takes more than 10 minutes to reach after opening the tab, towels are old, room phon is very old and not working, etc.
The only thing was good is the breakfast.

It was dirty, A/C not cold, all employees looking after money without doing their job , the hotel doesn’t worth 4 star .

I did have a problem the first day and by contacting Mrs Marwa at the management office she did all she can and mor to make sure I am satisfied and my House keeping staff and the supervisor Fifi is great and efficient . I like to thank all of them and I will be back .

Doesn’t deserve the amount they are asking for
Poor staff need to be educated . Not clean room.

سيئه حيث اني حجزت غرفه سرير كبير و طلبوا تغييره الى سريرين ولولا اني قمت بالطلب بعصبيه ما غيروا دليل على انهم مراوغين

الفندق لا يرقى لفئة 4 نجوم
الغرفة لايوجد بها حتى كأس فاضي لتشرب فيه ماء ، لاتوجد مياه للشرب ، نظافة الغرفة غير جيدة ، الاثاث قديم

THERE IS NO WI-FI IN ROOMS, YOU HAVE TO THE LOBBY TO GET SOME SERVICE, VERY SLOW.

I couldn't stand for one night, so I checked out after 30 min in the hotel. It was so dirty. slow in check in, no wi fi.

Very dirty no internet bathroom dirty I stay 5 hour because I was very tiered i check out same day the picture looks nice but is very bad hotel the worse hotel in Egypt I don’t recommend this hotel to any one .

٠- النيت لايعمل
١- حوض الحمام عطلان وشكله غير نظيف.
٢- لا توجد قناة العربية/الجزيرة أو CNN ضمن قنوات التلفزيون.
٣-لا توجد سجادة صلاة (مصليّة) في الغرفة، وحينما طلبت واحدة، جابولي سجادة غير نظيفة! .
٤- لا يوجد مشترك كهربا "فيشة تحويل" في الغرفة، وحينما طلبتها طلبوا مني ٢٠ جنيه لكي يشتروها لي!.
٥- لا توجد مكوة ملابس وطاولة كوي، يمكن طلبها في الغرفة.
٦-لا توجد فرشة/دعّاسة لأرضية حمام الغرفة.
٧- لا توجد كاسة/كباية في الغرفة!.
٨-لا توجد علبة مناديل ورق في الغرفة، ولكن حينما طلبتها من الهاوس كيبر، أحضروها لي.
٩- لا توجد قارورة ماء صغيرة أول ما تصل للفندق وتدخل للغرفة!.
١٠-لا يوجد شبشب في الحمام
١١- الإضاءة ضعيفة جداً أمام باب الغرفة من الخارج، لدرجة صعوبة وضع المفتاح في مكانه الصحيح، بالإضافة لعطل كيلون باب الغرفة.
١٢- الحمامات في لوبي الفندق، عطلانة ومغلقة!.
١٣- تكرر عطل سيفون الحمام ٣ مرات خلال وجودي في الفندق ٦ ليالي.

They gave me room with faulted AC. Want to call room service no number is lefted on desk . I went down to inform them. They spent from 2200 until 0500 morning trying to solve the problem but couldn't. I was waiting all this time to sleep. Then i went down again i asked them to change my room . They changed fainally. I slept in the new room. When i wake up i was shocked no hot water in the bathroom. These types of hotels is for quick check in , check out ! Is for People who came for night clubs n girls ..
