Pros:

Lo cerca que está de los parques Disney. Algunos días te invitan a un picoteo a la hora de cenar que está muy bien. Desayuno muy bueno. La habitación está genial, todo muy cómodo.

A little expensive for what we paid for and rude staff.
Pros:

I like the location and beds were comfortable, and area felt safe.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the staff at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us at all. They seem in a bad mood and like they hate their job. The only one that was friendly during our stay was Briana. Also when we first checked into our room at almost 7pm the garbage can u see the sink was filled with garbage from the previous guests. The floors looked like they aren’t vacuumed, the couch had the fuzz from the cushions coming out, it seemed a little dirty.

Poorly managed hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were of poor quality. Chairs were torn. The sofa bed was unusable. It was definately not worth the $500 a night!

All in all, I will be returning.
Pros:

The room was amazing and clean and easily accessible.

Cons:

I didn't care too much for the parking garage. The parking area was a little bit clustered.

I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anybody.

False advertisement in what they displayed

Cons:

The staff was not helpful. The room and shower were not cleaned well. Staff did not offer any blankets and pillows. For the full out be. They told us housekeeping was understaffed and we probably wouldn’t get our room cleaned unless we absolutely needed it.
