Pros:

The location to Disneyland is excellent. The complementary break feast is really nice.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly. We stayed at the hotel for 4 day, and not once was the room ever cleaned. I even called and asked them to clean the room and they never did. Also the iron wasn't, and we requested a replacement and they siad no.

Not like home
Pros:

The closeness of the Disneyland Parks, breakfast was great!!

Cons:

We had to switch rooms twice, we arrived in the first room and there was poop in the pullout couch, moved us to the second room and we couldn’t lock the door, moved us to the final room and my bed was horrible it sounded like I was sleeping in metal cans and they would clank everything I moved all night. In addition, the bathtub faucet leaked and there was no water pressure because it would not pull up to allow the shower to fully run. Lastly, my key card never worked until my last two days there. We would get back from Disneyland at close to midnight, I would have to run to the front desk to have them rekey it for the first 3 days.

The spacious room … comfortable bed.

Cons:

The lady at check in was incredibly rude yet the gentleman earlier at the desk and when I checked out was very nice and welcoming.

I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I liked the check in staff. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the full kitchen!

Cons:

I don’t have anything I didn’t like. Only complaints, the hall leading to room 215 had an unpleasant smell that was there our entire 4 day stay and the breakfast was out of a lot of things on Saturday which was to be expected but the kitchen staff was rude when people were pointing out all the things they were put off. She seemed overwhelmed and like she needed an extra hand
