Pros:

The property was close to destination to Disneyland; we were able to walk.

Cons:

The rooms. First room we given was a one bedroom suite with a pullout sofa. When we pulled out the sofa bed there wasn't enough room to completely unfold and it was crooked and broken. After waiting about 20 minutes (at 10 pm) we were taken to a second room. It was a bigger room but the air conditioning sounded like a semi truck was driving through the room and a dripping sound followed. Additionally, the bathroom door squeaked each time it moved (my husband gets up at least three times a night which didn't help)!

Bad customer service

Location is good, breakfast area and variaty is good.

Cons:

We had a very bad experience, I checked in at 3:45 and was given a room and keys, I left 2 keys in the lobby to be given to my kids who were in disneyland and were going to walk back to the hotel after that. Luckily I was able to pick them up from the park and drive them to the hotel as to our surprise our room the one that was assigned to me was given to someone else and they decided to move us to a different room. Just imaging an unknown person walking into your room?
In the morning I stopped at the lobby asking for the manager who wasn't there and the person that help me when I was giving him my complain, said that they were going to find out how that happened (without an apology for the huge mistake) and told me that they couldn't do anything as my reservation was made via Booking.com
Worse service, stay away from that hotel as I heard from those same employees that on the same day 3 issues alike had happened. Besides that some of the lamps were broken

Place was clean, room was comfortable, disappointed about parking and responsiveness from staff though.

Parking was nearly impossible to find. Front desk clerk ended up having to let us park in the registration parking area both nights. I left clothes in the drawer and called five or six times over a week with promises that someone would call me back and never received a response. Just seems ridiculous. How hard is it to let me know if I can go pick up what I left before heading back to the East Coast (which I explained every time I called)? Lost a few favorite items that I’m disappointed about. Lesson learned!

The location to Disneyland was convenient

Cons:

When we returned late I the evening the lobby and our hallway smelled of cannabis. We asked for a room on the 4th floor and Staybridge sent an email confirming our room on the 4th floor-when we arrived for check-in we received a room on a lower floor. So they are unable to keep their commitments. The breakfast area needed cleaning throughout the breakfast hours. It was very dirty at 8 am and the staff never cleaned the area until the breakfast buffet ended

No no no do not rent from this place
Pros:

Check in was smooth, but hotel itself they will not vacuum the rooms in less you are booking a room for more then 7 days , very disappointed on the amount I’ve spend on this room came back from Disneyland and my room at 12am is had NO hot water so I called the front desk at 6:30am the next day and still no hot water property didn’t give any reassurance , well I still had another day at Disney land and with four kids exhausted I will never get another room here again. Ooh and the doors to the restrooms swells up and makes so much noise, water stains on ceiling . Plus side pool closes till 10pm , full size fridge .

Great stay for Disneyland trip
Pros:

Great amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked. Staff was helpful when we had an issue with the room. Our window had a full view of the fireworks at Disneyland. Liked that it was also within walking distance to the park

Cons:

Card readers didn’t always work. The only way up to the rooms was by elevator through the parking lot. Would have preferred more staircase options.

I wouldn’t recommend it personally. Not for the price.
Pros:

The location was good and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Their room key system was down our entire stay and they only had one person to open all the rooms for the guests. The beds were uncomfortable. I was also charged a random charge of $30 three days after my stay that I will be calling about.

Cons:

We stayed for 9 nights we didn’t see any housekeeping staff for 7 days our bed wasn’t made no towels were changed no bins were emptied . When I asked at main reception she apologised and the cleaning crew came in and gave a deep clean. When I asked other guests if they had change of towels they had and their bed was made and rubbish bins emptied. As stated I don know what went wrong for us?
