Overall it was a good experience with minor inconveniences.
Pros:

The property itself was nice and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

When I arrived the clerk at the front desk informed me that they were short staffed on housekeepers and my room was unavailable. I had to switch rooms to accommodate Their staffing. The room they provided me was clean however, the bedside lamp did not have lightbulbs in it.

Great hotel, positive environment and a great place to stay
Pros:

The property was in a great location, the staff were friendly, and very helpful. My family and I loved the breakfast and the hotel environment.

Cons:

The pool was a bit cold in terms of water but felt relaxing during the hotter days.

Pros:

Las camas muy buenas y la ubicación

Cons:

El desayuno no me gustó.
Faltaban cosas.
Mi piso olía a marihuana, parece que ha alguien vapeó en el baño y el olor viajó por la tubería del extractor.
Se sé que es complicado y no sé si haya alguna manera de controlar eso

The breakfast wasn't great
Took forever for hot water. We were fine with no housekeeping but clean hall ways and elevator plus garbage can on floor 4 stunk

Good stay for what you came for
Pros:

Location was around the corner from Disneyland. Just a small over pass bridge that basically separates the hotel to Disney. Very walkable. You can uber to Disney from the hotel for under $10 if you don’t want to walk

Nice, but will try to find a hotel closer to the front gate for the same price.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room but we had the left over hearing impaired room, it was a last minute book

Cons:

busy, seemed understaffed, location said .2 miles from Disneyland, but we had to walk 1.25 miles to get to the front gate. Misleading.

From the moment we checked in, the staff's behavior lacked professionalism; we felt unwelcome.
Pros:

The social hour was exceptional; the complimentary washer and dryer facilities greatly assisted us during our vacation.

Cons:

The staff was unprofessional and rude. My son had trouble accessing the pool due to a malfunctioning key card and when he informed the staff at the front desk they reacted with hostility and inappropriate language and later denied making any verbal threats and called my son a liar.
