No respetaron la reserva que realicé por booking, cuando llegue al establecimiento me dijeron que ya no había disponibilidad lo cual es una falta de respeto, nunca me había pasado eso así reservará sin pago adicional porque ellos aceptan eso, a el servicio le no le importó dejarnos sin hospedaje en días de feria sabiendo que todo iba a estar lleno, pesimo

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena, muy cerca del centro, además que la atención del personal fue buena, me atendieron bien y brindaron la información necesaria.

Cons:

La limpieza, el baño se encontraba sucio, la fundas de la cama estaban manchadas y la toalla rota.

Una cómoda pero insegura experiencia

El alejamiento es cómodo y una excelente ubicación

Cons:

Durante mi estadía dejé un dinero y cuando estaba empacando todo revisé y no tenía el dinero en mi billetera. Cuando salí saqué cierta cantidad y tenía claro el dinero dejado, al reclamar en la recepción simplemente me plantean que nadie ha subido al cuarto.
