Le cadre superbe et l’originalité des différents blocs de chambres et la tranquillité tout en étant près de la ville.

It had character
We arrived quite late and asked if they had availability for the next few nights. We were told not. Got to our room and it was unclean so had to move. Whilst looking for rooms in area for next few nights it was clear that they had room available.
Breakfast the next morning took an hour to get served, we were ignored while all other families got served before us despite us being at the table before them.
The staff were not friendly at all. We felt like second class citizens. The other hotel we found was exceptionally friendly and we were quite relieved we didnt book this one for more nights.

La atención al cliente en la parte de la cocina. Tiempos de demora en tomar pedidos para los desayunos, aproximadamente 1 hora, los meseros no eran diligente y se vio que tienen desorden en cocina puede ser por falta de personal para la atención de las mesas.
Excelente servicio de todo el personal, cada uno de los que allí trabajan son excepcionales.

The owner and the staff were very unfriendly and not organized. The new room for the second night was not ready, so we had to wait. The beakfast was very poor. At the check out they had tecnical problems with our payment by credit card. They were not flexible and very unfriendly.

El hotel tiene diferentes casas. En la Maloka Indígena es imposible descansar, se escucha a la gente caminar, lo que hablan y ni se diga si hacen ruido.
