El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, habitaciones cómodas, buena limpieza y un personal muy servicial. No obstante, considero que podrían mejorarse algunos aspectos. El servicio de Wi-Fi presentó algunas intermitencias durante la estadía, situación que fue comunicada oportunamente a recepción, por lo que sería recomendable revisar la estabilidad de la conexión. Finalmente, sería útil ofrecer a los huéspedes orientación preventiva sobre zonas cercanas que puedan representar algún riesgo. Aunque realizamos nuestra propia investigación, un residente nos indicó posteriormente que estuvimos cerca de áreas de mayor exposición, algo que desconocíamos pese a encontrarnos en el Centro Histórico. Considero que estas mejoras contribuirían a una experiencia más cómoda, segura y satisfactoria.

Um bom hotel e bom custo-benefício .
Pros:

Da estrutura do hotel, funcionários educados e simpáticos, água quente no banheiro
e do café da manhã.

Cons:

Faltou apenas um frigobar no quarto, mas, não fez diferença, já que Bogotá é frio.

La pasamos muy bien.
Pros:

El hotel queda muy cerca de todo el centro de Bogotá, por lo que es muy fácil para recorrer, cerca de los museos, restaurantes etcétera. El desayuno era variado y bueno. Para el precio estaba bien.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue las camas, los colchones eran duros. Arreglaría eso.
