No pude descansar plenamente en este hotel por ruidos de maquinas en el piso 5

La comida muy rica

Cons:

La habitación asignada estaba en el piso 5, toda la noche se escucho el ruido de unas maquinas. Fue imposible descansar plenamente, el baño no tiene ducha, es un hueco del cual sale el chorro a presión, el piso de la habitación es en madera y se encuentra estéticamente en muy mal estado, el mobiliario de la habitación es muy viejo y las perillas del closet se cayeron

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent it was a buffet and was delicious and a lot of choices: even soup, tamales, different types of breads, fruits, yogurt, etc
The bedroom was clean and the beds comfortable
The hotel is closed to the main square and cathedral.

Obsługa oszukała mnie, mam gigantyczny problem z otrzymaniem faktury, pokój był mały i ciasny, pościel z plamami, meble zniszczone, łazienka brudna. ściany jak z papieru, słychać było każdy krok na korytarzu.

Hotel barato e bem localizado, mas com problemas.
Pros:

Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O hotel fica bem próximo dos principais pontos turísticos, podendo-se fazer quase tudo à pé. Aplicativo do Uber funcionou bem também. No quarto, a água quente foi um fator bem positivo.

Cons:

Os funcionários do restaurante (onde o café é servido) são pouco simpáticos. O atendente magro e de óculos era bem rude. Até quis cobrar 10.000 pesos só para emprestar um saca-rolha (absurdo). As ruas próximas do hotel (principalmente a da frente) são repletas de moradores de rua e com transeuntes que não inspiravam confiança. Nada agradável. Me pareceu uma região perigosa para nós turistas. Foi necessário ter sempre muita atenção. O quarto não tinha ventilação adequada (janela atrás de um armário que nunca podíamos abrir). Claridade demasiada à noite, provocada por muitas lâmpadas no corredor, principalmente na frente do elevador. Não tivemos tranquilidade para dormir por esse motivo. Também a acústica foi ruim (podia-se ouvir tudo dos banheiros dos outros quartos e as conversas nos corredores).

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo. Se puede visitar museos y otros sitios de interés caminando desde el hotel.
Es un hotel sencillo que cumple con su precio. El desayuno incluido está bien.

El desayuno estuvo bien y la ubicación para quienes hacemos gestiones en el centro está apropiado, hay acceso fácil a cualquier transporte y es un sitio comercial

En la habitación 220 había el ruido de un extractor que suena toda la noche y que es incómodo, no permite el descanso esperado

Pros:

Todo como se ve en las fotos. Está en una zona muy comercial, así que hay mucho movimiento todo el tiempo, los domingos hay un mercado ambulante que crea mucha saturación de las calles y puede dar la sensación de inseguridad, pero nuestra estancia transcurrió sin ninguna eventualidad, la ubicación es excelente para recorrer los lugares turísticos a pie (La Candelaria, centro histórico, un sin número de museos), muy cerca del cerro Monserrat (20 minutos si es a pie). Buena relación calidad precio. Se sacan un 100 en limpieza. El desayuno es básico pero suficiente.

Cons:

Sugiero colocar cortinas blackout en las habitaciones con ventanas, hay mucha claridad desde muy temprano.

todo me gusta de este hotel, las personas que trabajan, son super gentiles, el desayuno, riquisimo y completo, con toda las posibilidades de la cocina tradicional colombiana, el restaurante en la noche muuuuy rico, cuarto impecable, camas comodas y no tuvimos frio
