Pros:

We arrived at a time when there were almost no tourists in the hotel due to military activity in neighboring countries, and this led to certain limitations - some of the services we had expected were not available. For example, there was no access to the pool.

However, the staff were absolutely amazing. They offered us a complimentary late check-out, prepared a personalized breakfast, and even provided takeaway food for our trip to Petra - sandwiches, lemonade, and fruit.

There was also an issue with filling the bathtub for the kids, so they offered us the jacuzzi in a neighboring room. The room itself was excellent, and they even added a full extra bed for the child.
perfect option for those who travel by car or are ready to ride a taxi to the Petra entrance. good restaurants within walking distance

Sehr tolles Personal, gute Erfahrung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, und das Personal ist SO hilfreich! Wir brauchten noch einen Fahrer nach Wadi Rum und Hilfe den Bus zurück nach Amman zu bekommen, sie haben uns perfekt unterstützt!

Cons:

Das Essen ist so lala, am Frühstück lässt sich noch der Kaffee verbessern! Im Badezimmer gab es nicht so viele Utensilien wie sonst, es war nicht ganz so gut eingerichtet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au P Quattro Relax Hotel ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de l’entrée de Pétra.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, avec une connexion Wi-Fi rapide.
Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, serviable et toujours souriant. Un grand merci au directeur de l’hôtel pour ses attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous avons adoré la terrasse avec la piscine et le jacuzzi, idéale pour se détendre et avoir une vue sur la ville.
Le diner est varié et savoureux.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et bien situé lors de la visite de Pétra.

What an amazing hotel . Is has everything. Beautiful tradition lobby. Large room, comfortable beds and great staff. Beautiful wire from of wadi musa valley . Just stunning. A wonderful heated pool wich was perfect after a long day Petra with amazing decor and a very polite and helpful from ASHLEY always there to help . Pros:

This hotel is close to petra and little petra however at the top of a hill.
Rooms lovely body wash in shower and at sink. Hairdryer. Tea and coffee with kettle.
Staff welcoming.
Food ok breakfast and dinner.
February too cold to use pools but there are 2.
Hot tub on top floor.
Can get alcohol here beer on draught.
