The bed was so comfortable and big. Hardly know there wa 2 in there. Great location. Staff very frie

Highly disappointing

Location was good.

Cons:

Wasn’t told about having to pay an extra $100 deposit until I arrived. Paid for room in advance, then charged an unexpected $100 on arrival. Made me feel very unwelcome and untrusted. Was told when I paid it that it would be refunded when I checked out in the morning. That was a lie. On checkout, I was told it would take 5 days to refund. Won’t be staying there again. So dishonest not to include it when booking. The room itself was dated. There was a dirty towel in the ‘bath’. I asked for a bath. It was a small shub - not suitable for relaxing in. Only enough shower gel for one person, two tissues in the tissue box - all felt penny pinching and mean, for $260 a night!

Thankfully staff lovely and rooms clean so I suppose one could be forgiven since stay was just one night as location per

Cons:

Rooms too cold … insufficient ability to heat it as heater supplied was very small but thankfully bed was warm and comfortable
Echos from hallway and I think pipes could be heard during night waking you up!
Bathroom very dated and layout awful …. Toilet blocks doorway and shower over a mini bath… these need to be improved for what we paid to stay here.

Very enjoyable stay, nothing to complain about
Pros:

Location is great, only a few minutes walk to town, casino across the road. Small restaurant bar as part of hotel was very hospitable and lovely staff

The unit was well appointed however needs an upgrade, curtains even had holes and rips in them
