The staff were friendly and our suit was spacious.

Cons:

We requested dog friendly accommodation. On arrival we were told those rooms were unavailable but for $80 extra we could have our pooch stay. They did halve this amount at my protest. No where on the booking.com did it say this. The bathroom tiles needed scrubbing and there was mould in the tiles and badly cracked shower tub. The dust by the bedside tables was thick. We were offered another room but it is always a hassle after unpacking. A nice place but more attention to detail is required.

Cons:

Nothing to do with FINO, but it took 3 attempts to "Pay Now" before bookings.com actually took the money. Booking.com have cancelled other bookings on me because they took too long to take the money.

Amazing!
Pros:

We stay here every time we come to Christchurch since we discovered it!! Spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped with everything you could need. Secure parking. Very helpful and friendly staff who make your stay a breeze. Cental to the city with eateries and bars a stones throw away. Lovely place to relax before a show at the Town Hall.

Good value accommodation
Pros:

The accommodation is well located and good value for money. Easy to pick up the tram and an easy walk to Cathedral Square area. The Duty Manager has been very helpful in assisting us with an insurance claim (Air NZ issue, not the hotel!).
