Mayak hotel

Вполне прилично, но однозначно надо поменять матрасы. В норемере twin односпальные кровати как из пионерлагеря, узкие, матрас неудобный, спать крайне проблематично. Ну и ресторан на первом этаже к грузинской кухне отношения не имеет абсолютно, но поужинать можно.

리셉션의 직원분은 친절했습니다. 그러나 방은 별관에있었고(이부분은 미리 물어보고 인지를하고갔지만) 엘리베이터 없고 직원도없습니다. 본관으로 와야하지요. 욕실의상태는 썩 별로였습니다. 일단 변ㄱ 시트는 변기와 사이즈가 맞지않고 물을 한번내리면 레버가 고장이나있어서 물이 멈추지 않았습니다. 그리고 욕실에서 상당히 진한농도의 녹물이 나옵니다. 추위에 떨었던차에 욕조에 물을 받았는데 기겁할정도로 진한 노란물이 나와서 충격이었습니다. 조취를 취해야지요. 양치를 할때에도 쇠맛이 나서 마시는 생수로 씻었습니다. 방이 저렴한 편이지만 호텔이라는 이름을 붙이고 게스트하우스보다도 못한 시설은 좀 문제가 되지요. 인터넷도 너무느려서 그냥 엘티이를 사용했습니다. 바이칼호수로가는 봉고의 정류장에 위치한 장점빼고는 절대 이 호텔을 추천하지않습니다.

We got a room in the Annex building on the fifth floor without a lift, not the main hotel building. We had done online booking looking at the main hotel building, we did not know that when we reach there, they will give us a room in the Annex building behind the main building, which doesn't even have a lift & that too the fifth floor. Though the hotel staff was helpful, but this is not done. Location was good.

It looks brilliant on the web but remind you Listvyanka is just a small town, don't expect much. We were accommodated in the second building which is like a hostel.
The staff are friendly and professional. Perfect location.
The stay in this hotel is joyful.

Det er flott at hotelet står i sentrum av Listvyanka ved Baikal like ved bussstasjon.
Man bli lurt av bildene når man bestiller på nett. Hotelet har to bygninger og det er nemlig ingen av bilder som viser dette.
Bygning nr to er rett fra 90-tallet, mangler heis, air-con og generelt ikke var vedlikehold siden bygging. Gulv på rommene dekt med stinkende teppebelegg. Lukten var plagsomt.
Dårlig madrass og sengetøy.
Man hører veldig godt alt på naborommene. Dårlig internet.
Frokost serveres i hovedbygning.
Personalet vennlig og serviseinnstilt som gir en pluss til hotelet.

it is a extremely unpleasant experience. at the first night we arrived, they are holding a party on the 2nd floor, the sound insulation is sooooooo bad, we can hear the host talking and music clearly, and i called reception, they just told me the party will last till 1 am...what, excuse me !!! we are so tired due to overnight flight and have to suffer this such late even we went to bed at 9pm??????

Good hotel, well maintained, clean. Great restaurants (24/7).

イルクーツクへのバス乗り場の目の前でロケーションは良く、主な観光地まで徒歩orバスでの移動が可能。目を引く外観で遠くからも目立つホテル。部屋は広くて清潔、目の前にバイカル湖が一望でき眺望も最高。冷蔵庫なし。カプセルのようなシャワーの使い方に少しとまどったが湯量・温度は問題なし。朝食はメニュー選択式だったがどれも美味しかった。次はオンシーズンに泊まってみたい。

Our room was in another building up a few flights of stairs. Not great carrying luggage as the stIrs were outside and it was raining. The room was very tired, beds not even twin size but child size and the carpet was stained.

This is a nice hotel. Please be aware that they want to place you in the Second building and request the main tower. The second building has no elevator, etc

Great hotel at excellent central location with wonderful view. Good breakfast. Reception offers umbrellas. However, Sauna and Russian bath is for additional fee.
We stayed at studio. Nice big room, nice furniture, but its design was a bit strange: a couch behind the separating wall looks at another wall without TV. TV hangs for watching from the bed. Chandeliers hang too low, my husband hit it several times with his head.

Great view from the top buf standard rooms too small, no place fod luggage, no internet access in the room, sloooow service in the "Panoramic Bar"

바이칼호수가 내려다보이는 좋은 위치에 자리잡고 있으며 서비스도 훌륭합니다.

Отдыхали в отеле с 8 по 10 марта 2018г. Остались только положительные впечатления. Персонал отеля доброжелательный, моментально решает все возникшие вопросы. Наш номер был на 3-м этаже с прекрасным видом на зимний Байкал. Номер с приятным интерьером, большой ванной комнатой. Хороший WI-FI. В отеле есть ресторан, который работает круглосуточно, так же уютное кафе “Хинкальная”. Можно провести время в сауне, или поиграть в биллиард. Рядом с отелем находится мини цирк с нерпами (нерпинарий), рынок с рыбной продукцией и огромным количеством сувениров и конечно же сам Байкал по которому можно гулять часами. В шаговой доступности от отеля можно найти для себя многие другие развлечения, например экскурсии, катание на Хивусе по льду Байкала, катание на коньках, лыжах, горных лыжах и т.д.

酒店位置很好，在湖邊，附近有餐廳和小食品店，酒店2樓自助早餐餐廳食品不錯。只是房間較細小，浴室乾淨。

This is the nicest place to stay in Listvyanka

Note if coming on transiberian in the morning, I highly recommend going straight from Irkutsk to here. Get your feel for the lake and take it all in.

Yes there are a few cool things to do in Irkutsk, but you really want to spend some time at the lake and this is the best place to do it.

Comfortable room. Try to get one with view to the Lake Baikal. There's in hotel, on the ground floor, an excellent bar/restaurant.

I was satisfied. To my surprise the WiFi was available in the whole building for free. I also appreciated an automated machine for money changing.
