Ubicacion muy buena (todo cerca), higiene y limpieza, excelente. El desayuno abundante y de calidad. Definitivamente lo que mas nos gusto fue la atencion. Uno de los recepcionistas hablaba muy bien Castellano. Nos resolvieron todas las inquietudes sin movernos del hotel (alquiler de auto, cambio de moneda, movilidad hasta el aeropuerto, etc), hasta nos regalaron un presente. Las instalaciones no son de lujo pero definitivamente la calidez de la atencion fue de las mejores de mi vida y supera con creces la atencion de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas. Nos hicieron sentir no solo como en casa, si no como en familia. Estamos muy agradecidos, por supuesto volveremos.

Absolutamente nada por criticar. Cualquier necesidad que tuvimos, la resolvieron al instante.

Comfortable overnight stay
Pros:

Centrally located, good for walking around Fira. We went to the Greek wedding show, and chose this hotel for our last night as it was 1 minute walk to the show. Our room with balcony was comfortable and quiet, good size for centre of Fira. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant The Greeks. Great view of sunrise from our balcony, for sunset just walk few min round the corner.

Cons:

It is a good 8 min walk uphill from the bus station on cobblestones to the hotel, a taxi also cannot come right up to the hotel. Easier walking downhill to the bus station.
No lift, thankfully our room was on the first floor up one flight of stairs. The hotel helps with the luggage.
The hotel is right next to the cable car entrance, so it is always busy on the streets.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved every moment of it! The owner and the entire staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were always helpful in every possible way — from local recommendations to small personal touches that made us feel right at home.

A special thanks to the owner for the lovely gift from his gift shop — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. The warm hospitality, cozy atmosphere, and genuine kindness made this one of our best stays in Greece. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!

La parada de bus és 5 min caminant on hi ha bus local per 2eur/persona per anar fins a Oia (15 minuts)

Très bon séjour à Santorin ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre, parfait pour visiter Fira à pied. Le personnel est très amical, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Además cenamos allí un día y estuvo muy bien.
