Très bon séjour en Laponie suèdoise
Pros:

Dans une ville avec peu de disponibilités hôtelières, le BW était un très bon choix. Chambre et salle de bain de bon confort, excellent petit déjeuner, parking facile d'accès. Un restaurant dans l'hôtel, le Pub, très correct mais bruyant.

Cons:

Les chambres n'étaient pas faites tous les jours. Il a fallu redemander des serviettes de toilette. Mais il suffit de demander.

Pros:

Приветливый ресторан, очень хороший завтрак! Достаточно просторный номер. Без проблем заселились на 2 часа раньше. Удобные кровати и приятное постельное белье. Прекрасный душ. В номере есть мыло, шампунь и кондиционер, фен.
От отеля забирают трансферы многих туров.
На этаже есть миникухня (холодильник, чайник). В номере тоже есть чайник

Cons:

Фен часто перегревается и выключается.
Уборка было достаточно поверхностная

Kiruna und unsere Erlebnisse waren toll, aber beim nächsten Mal nicht mehr in diesem Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut,
süß, salzig, fischig .... alles da
Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt.
Viel Fisch, sehr gut
Glutenfreies Brot
Obst: meist Melone, Apfel, Mandarine

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Sauna
- Leider ist die Sauna nicht stark genug, gibt so viel Wärme, wie ein Backofen 2,3 Kw, also keine Wärme für einen Saunagang.
Also bezahlt- keinen Nutzen
- Keine Info über die Fensteröffnung: keine Griffe, man muss Gegenschlagen mit viel Kraft, dann öffnet sich das Kippfenster, unmöglich
- Bitte Zimmer reinigen: Es werden laut Rezeption immer erst die Check out Zimmer gereinigt. Bedeutet aber, wenn du im Winter gegen 13-15 Uhr ins Zimmer zurückkommst, kann es sein, dass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt wurde. Und dann bist du im Zimmer und hattest an diesem Tag keine Reinigung und immer so weiter , jeden Tag
- keine Schränke, aber einen großen Fernseher, nur Pech, wenn du kein Schwedisch sprichst :)
- in einem Zimmer/suite für 4 Personen kein Tisch, wo man sich zu viert auch ran setzen kann, um zu spielen
Alles in allem hatten wir das Gefühl, das aufgrund der Tatsache, dass auch dieses Hotel umgesetzt wird, man sich keine Mühe mehr gibt zu investieren, aber leider ist das Preis/LEISTUNG viel zu teuer
- Fitnessraum war da, im Keller ein Labyrinth, viele Geräte, zum Teil waren die Griffe/Geräte defekt, aber ungemütlich
- Sauna sah gut aus
