Instalaciones antiguas, los baños deberían modernizarse

El hotel en.general no esta en muy buen estado. En nuestra habitación la cortina colgaba y no cerraba bien, le faltaban ganchos. El baño no tenia foco pero menos mal colocaron un foco cuando llegamos. El lavamanos es muy pequeño e incomodo para lavarse las.manos y la cara. El armario del closet estaba quebrado y a punto de romperse y caerse. El colchon estuvo muy incomodo. Necesitan reemplazar los colchones por colchones nuevos. La recepcionista del turno noche no vestia adecuadamente y no saluda a los clientes cuando la encontramos en el desayuno. El jugo en el desayuno estaba demasiado azucarado y no tenian mantequilla. En general deben invertir en reparar y mejorar tanto las instalaciones como el servicio del hotel. No lo recomedaria ni regresaria en una próxima visita a Piura.

Sin aire acondicionado, la ducha se empozaba el agua, refrigeradora malograda , ventanas del cuarto soñaban mucho

Los huéspedes hacían mucha bulla, pero por lo demás bien, aunque en el desayuno recomiendo café pasado

Excelente Servicio

Due to the area is so hot it’s crucial to have A/C.
The hotel has a great location but doesn’t have A/C.
It just have Ceiling fun which doesn’t help at all. And if by any chance you open the windows you won’t be able to sleep because of the noisy cars outside all night long.
I was very close to take my family of 6 at 2 on the morning and move to a different hotel.
I would have gladly paid more to have the A/C.
However the staff is pretty good

Decent,counted on self service laundry, not available only laundry services.

It was ok

It was a one night stay before leaving for lima from piura airport, hotel is good, clean, and room didn't feel cramped, and in general had everything we needed. Breakfast is basic but sufficient, and most importantly staff is very nice and accommodating, I recommend!

Tiene un buen servicio, el personal es muy amable, y hay una buena relación calidad/precio

Hotel in a good location, room was huge, comfortable bed and nice bedding. Hotel itself felt a bit rundown and could do with a paint job, especially in the corridors. Breakfast was instant coffee, juice, and 2 small buns with avocado, served in a drab room that had dog poo under my chair and hence ants all over our table - definitely need to upgrade the breakfast big time.
Nothing luxurious but ok value for money and in a good location.

The rooms that have windows to the street are very noisy at night.

No fue mal, pero no está bien que cobren adicionalmente el IGV y un algo más. Debimos pagar 167 y se nos cobró 210, más de lo que resulta el IGV.
Ah, nos tocó un cuarto a una calle bullanguera

The hotel has an ok appearance. Not big or small, rooms have plenty of space, decently furnished, ceiling fan (no AC), my double room had 3 twin beds, even though I reserved specifying my group (wife and child). Breakfast was the same both days ( changed type of bread and minus the chopped hot dogs on the second day). It's fine if there aren't any better available.

Decepcionado con las condiciones de la habitacion, es muy antigua, los baños necesitan remodelacion urgente, las paredes estaban sucias, el lavatorio y la ducha muy antiguas, definitivamente pueden quedarse en otro hotel, hay varios en la ciudad que estan remodelados y ofrecen mas servicios por el mismo precio que cobran en este hotel.

No pasaria mas de una noche ahi.
