Pros:

El lugar es bastante retirado de la ciudad, le faltan arreglos en la parte física de las instalaciones, el cuarto que nos asignaron no tenía closert, ni nevera, la atención fue muy buena.

Muy tranquilo el sitio, buen servicio y atención. Sugiero colocar parasoles en la piscina, son muy necesarios.

No parece un Hotel
Pros:

Llegamos el día sábado 24 de septiembre, en la tarde, 3 pm, se demoraron en entregar la habitación más de una hora, estuvimos mientras tanto en el área de la piscina y nos dimos cuenta que el Yacusi tenía como excrementos dentro, la habitación que nos dieron grande con cuatro camas pero no tenía mesitas de noche ni mobiliario extra, una nevera encima de una mesa plástica mal presentado, ya en la noche salimos al centro de Villavicencio, al regreso nos encontramos con la desagradable sorpresa que sobre una de las camas había un Murciélago y en el baño muchos más, se le aviso a la administradora, se demoraron en preparar otra habitación , sin Service de ventilación ni televisión, creo que tenían problemas con la luz, muy decepcionado , realmente una mala experiencia, no le recomiendo a nadie
