Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien variado.
el horario también es el apropiado, pensando que uno va a sacarle provecho a las horas de viaje, por lo tanto si es bien temprano, es mejor.

Cons:

El ascensor.
Pero más que nada la configuración de ésta. El hecho de que si uno está bajando tome el ascensor y sube y tenga que llegar hasta el piso que otro cliente la haya pedido es incómodo. Si uno quiere bajar, debería tomar el ascensor cuando esté bajando y no que esté cumpliendo el trayecto de subida, porque desconcierta y atrasa.

Revisar firmeza de las camas
Pros:

La atención del personal y en general las instalaciones, el tamaño de la habitación, del baño, la posibilidad de tener algunos artículos básicos como plancha, secador, frigobar.

Cons:

Creo que la cama que me tocó ya estaba con mucho uso, el colchón era muy blando, le faltaba firmeza.

en general todo muy bueno solo una sugerencia y seria informar que para ocupar la sauna se debe reservar con anticipación, pero solo es un detalle lo demás es mejor de lo que esperaba habitaciones cómodas muy limpias y muy abastecidas con todo lo necesario la piscina limpia el servicio de toallas excelente y la comida muy buena especial de la zona ...espero volver pronto...me encanto lo recomiendo 100%

Agradable y céntrico.
Pros:

Es un hotel de altos estándares a nivel nacional, siempre ordenado y limpio. El personal muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones extras (piscina, sauna, restaurante) muy agradables.

Cons:

Las almohadas son algo incómodas, así como la cama que no tiene el cobertor suave en el colchón. En el sauna no había ducha española, sólo la simple.
