Pleasant. Would likely try somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very small rooms with no space for a suitcase, no iron/ironing board, and breakfast while generous was exactly the same every day. Breakfast staff also did not clean tables between guests. I personally didn’t like the black toilets (on a black tiled floor - no fun orienting yourself in the dark and weird for me re cleaning) but someone else in our family liked them, so really just a matter of personal taste. Bathroom has very limited places to put bathroom supplies. Poor shampoo/body wash - one option only and no conditioner. Would not recommend for those with any balance or gait issues

Hotel comodo, buona colazione ma stanze un po' piccole
Pros:

La posizione molto comoda, con la fermata della metro a pochi passi, e la colazione abbondante e abbastanza varia. Staff alla reception gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La stanza era abbastanza piccola, non c'era l'armadio e sarebbero sicuramente utili appendini e mensole, sia in camera che in bagno (c'è pochissimo posto per appendere o riporre le proprie cose). La doccia è parzialmente aperta e il pavimento del bagno si allaga facilmente.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel, nous parlons un anglais approximatif et ils ont tout fait pour nous comprendre et nous aider donc 10 sur 10 pour votre personnel et nous avons adoré la décoration du bar ,etant des fans de Quenn et de Freddy Mercury, nous avons pris plein de photos.

Trevligt hotell med bra och lugnt läge
Pros:

Mysigt hotell med bra läge i ett lugnt område på Södermalm. På frukostbuffén fanns det man behövde, det var en trevlig liten matsal. Sköna sängar och välstädat.

Cons:

Det var varma dagar under vår vistelse och rummet blev väldigt varmt. Stora mörka gardiner fanns att dra för, men det blev väldigt varmt. Mycket varmt under natten så fick öppna fönstren för att det skulle bli ok temperatur.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit individuellen Flair, Frühstück sehr gut, Lage super, U-Bahn vor der Haustür, das Viertel Södermalm hat viele nette Kneipen und kleine Läden , einfach schön

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden Stockholm und Hotel wieder buchen.

- schöne Zimmer
- gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück
- interessante Hotelbar
- freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal
- gute Lage ==> 50 m zur U-Bahn,

Cons:

- bei geöffnetem Fenster relativ hohe Lautstärke vom Restaurant gegenüber

Un bon séjour à Helltens
Pros:

L’accueil de Isaac pour choisir notre chambre, ses conseils pour découvrir Stockholm, la gentillesse des dames de service. La déco originale
La proximité du centre-ville, du métro tout proche.
