Brilliant stay, no hesitation in recommending this to everyone.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great situation to see the city and also close to a bus stop for Knossos and the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a free room upgrade which was lovely! Excellent breakfast and a nice restaurant attached, which we didn’t actually use. There are loads of good restaurants around.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything! No drawbacks to the place. I need another sentence here apparently!

A great place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! The location is ideal. The 626 Restaurant was great!!! Don’t underestimate the size of the meat platter 😉🥰

A hotel with good location and very good breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel sits on a quiet street, not very far from bus station. The size of room is OK and very clean. The breakfast was impressive, with a lot choices.

Cons:

The hotel manager told us when we checked in that meat dishes might not be always available since it was the week before Easter sunday. It turned out not to be true.

Die Umgebung ist etwas laut.

Man hört nichts aus den Nachbarzimmern, außer wenn dort geduscht wird oder das Bad benutzt wird.

Keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Man muss eines der nahegelegenen Parkhäuser nutzen für ca. 15 € am Tag
