Emplacement parfait, proche de tout
Certains membres du personnel ne disent pas bonjour, c'est dommage, d'autres sont tb.
Everything walkable from hotel. Stayed on 5th floor. Windows kept room quiet but if we wanted to hear outside we could step out on balcony. Close, within 10 min walk, to restaurants, shopping.and sea. Nice breakfast. Concierge type service from one of the front desk ladies. Attractive, clean room.

Perfect location, very central, ideal if you want to explore the Heraklion old town.
The room was spacious, with a modern design and large shower cabin. There was a large balcony and the location is right next to a craft beer bar with loads of selections. The breakfast was good and varied (try the rice milk pudding when you can find it). The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant where you can sample different tasty foods and drinks
The power went off for a few moments during one evening.
