One word is all I need, GARBAGE.
Pros:

Nothing. When we arrived the exterior landscaping terrible. Most of the shrubs were dead (and obviously had been for a while) . all the mulch had been washed away and the irrigation hoses were exposed.

Cons:

When we came in to the registration desk there was no one there. One of the cleaning ladies went to get her. When she waddled out all she said was "yes". Not a hello, good afternoon, no greeting of any kind. My wife and I looked at each other and said "nope, not staying here" I told the desk clerk we weren't staying and asked for a refund. She said we would have to talk to the manager. I asked her to bring her out. When the "manager" waddled out, There was no greeting, no hello no how can I help, no nothing. She just stated that the reservation was made thru Booking.com and we would have to go back to them for a refund. I went to Booking.com and they are telling me that they have to get an approval from Hilton and your outfit still has not responded. Definitely NOT what I expect from Hilton .

Bed smelled of body odor, thermostat was broken, bed was uncomfortable, couch smelled, bathroom sliding door was impossible to open without losing skin on knuckles.

Pros:

I come to this hotel often and is usually greeted by staff. The last time I was here I checked in later than usual and I had to wait 30 mins for someone to help check me in. Once I got to my room, the television did not work so I had to unplug and plug the tv numerous times before television turned on. However, once the tv was on, the remote did not work. I had to call for another remote which only half worked. I was unable to turn the tv channels. Overall it's not a bad hotel. I just had a terrible experience this time around. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

The breakfast was terrible. Poor. They had hard boiled eggs that was icy cold. They had sausage that my my husband and I had diarrhea from it. The area around the the hotel looked like they had a poor neighborhood. The houses had unkempt lawns etc. Terrible experience. But the rooms were clean.

Great Stay for a Quick Trip
Pros:

Great stay! I was in town for my son’s football game and had an event in Waco the next day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed after a long drive. I’d definitely stay here again!
