Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön, es waren unsere letzten zwei Nächte von unserer Island Reise! Die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön und das Frühstück am Bett hatte auch seinen Charm. Es gab direkt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles realisiert, auch das Frühstück to go, weil wir aufgrund des zeitigen Fluges schon früh um 4:30 Uhr das Hotel verlassen mussten, gab’s ohne Probleme. Wir wurden zwei Tage vor der Anreise telefonisch kontaktiert, damit bei Check in alles reibungslos verläuft und uns die Empfangsdame unten abholen kann. In das Gebäude kommt man beim ersten Mal nicht einfach so rein ohne Karte. Aber es hat alles auf die Minute geklappt. Kommuniziert hatte ich dann nochmal über Booking und habe zeitnah eine Rückantwort erhalten. Alles in allem toller Service, großes Zimmer mit einem Highlight, der Badewanne direkt am bodentiefen Fenster mit dem Blick auf Reykjavik.

Absolutely exceptional place. The views were to die for from our room (room 6). The staff are so friendly and helpful. They went out there way to set the room up to propose to my now finance.breakfast was lovely, always delivered to room on time. Would highly recommend. Would go back in a heartbeat. Everything. Immaculately clean , great design, ultra comfortable and great staff . Don’t hesitate to book here . The parking is easy to work out . A short walk into the centre of town . Some nice restaurants just underneath the building too very popular with the locals . Would definitely love to stay here again . Great for getting pictures too . Also it’s very quiet , no slamming doors or noise unlike some other hotels we stayed at in Iceland. You won’t get woken up . Breakfast is out of this world , the different cheeses we got , a lot of love and thought in to the breakfasts. We stayed 3 nights .

개인적으론 전망이 이 숙소를 선택한 이유이자 가장 큰 매력포인트인데, 전망에 욕심있는 분들은, 기본 룸은 방향이 동쪽이고 바다도 약간만 보여 아쉬우니, 바다(서)와 교회(남) 쪽을 조망하는 방 쪽을 예산 올려 잡으시면 좋을 듯 / 조식은 전날 목록 v 체크 하여 제출 후, 아침의 지정된 시각에 카트 째로 넣어주는 방식인데, 전달 방법 스무스하고, 신선하며 푸짐하고 인심 좋습니다. 다른 후기들 보니 조식 강추하시는데 찬양할 정도는 아니고, 충실하고 깔끔한 유럽형 조식입니다.
아이슬란드가 기본적으로 물이 좋아서 수돗물 사용하시게 되고, 이 호텔도 생수가 따로 병/PET으로 제공되지 않습니다. 적응 필요
직원들은 전반적으로 프로페셔널하게 잘 대응합니다. 트레이닝 잘 되신 듯.. 대응, 대처 훌륭합니다.
어메니티 기대하지 마시고, 칫솔치약은 가지고 오세요. 슬리퍼 있음

Beautiful suite with a stunning view over Reykjavik. Fabulous, delicious breakfast served to your room. Everything in the room is high spec, and super clean. Great location, Reyavaik town centre is in easy walking distance as well as bus stops close by for excursions and airport transfers.
