Lo bueno y lo que puede mejorar
Pros:

El ambiente natural del hotel, las palmeras, flores, piscina y cascada. En cuanto a la segunda pieza en general bien. El personal excelente, Don Edgard, don David, personal de mantención. Personal del desayuno. Sra. Sandra, Srta. con nombre poco común. Personal de recepción. Sra Delcy parece que así era su nombre. Muy buena voluntad. Por ello la valoración es excelente.

Cons:

La primera pieza me sucedieron diversas situaciones molestas. Sugiero reestructurar o preocuparse de ella. En desayuno no hubiesen pastelitos.

El lugar es genial, cerca del centro, pero muy tranquilo. La distribución de los cuartos da mucha privacidad. La buena relacion entre precio y toda la oferta.

Cons:

En el desayuno se puede ofrecer cereales narurales y variar algo. El recepcionista no atendió nuestro pedido de información sobre el camino, dijo que lo iba averiguar, pero no lo hizo. Al día siguiente perdimos muchas horas...

Pros:

Es un hotel que siempre ha mantenido el estándar, bueno, limpio y acogedor

Cons:

Tuve mala suerte y durante mi estancia hubo un problema con el desagüe público. Si bien estancia cierto no fue responsabilidad del hotel, si afectó la estadía de los que estábamos hospedados.

Pros:

El cuarto tenia un calefactor y había mucho silencio en la noche, lo cual fue muy bueno para poder descansar.. Sirven el desayuno desde las 06:00am.
