El personal, no saben atender al cliente por más que uno le hable de forma cordial si te quejas te responden de mala manera o te hacen malos gestos, solo la Srta de recepción cuando fue el ingreso fue amable, la que le reemplazó de regular a mal, para ser operadora turística yo no lo recomendaría

Las instalaciones son limpias. Se preocupan mucho en la limpieza y el orden. Y el personal es amable

Cons:

El restaurante no tiene variedad de platillos ese es tu talón de Aquiles. Aparte que el precio de acuerdo a lo que te sirven deja mucho que desear. No va de acuerdo a calidad y precio

Pros:

Muy decepcionado y molesto, una de las habitaciones no era la reservada y ante mi reclamo la cambiaron, la otra habitacion con la ventana y la puerta del baño deterioradas, la ventana sin seguro y la puerta del baño no habria, cambiaron a otra habitación y al regresar a descansar el piso estaba lleno de agua hasta debajo de las camas, la persona encargada del mantenimiento brillaba por su ausencia, no recomiendo este hotel que en lugar de ser de 3 estrellas, no merece ninguna.
