乾淨度需加強，有霉味～
霉味很重 設備老舊
少數的優點是 交通方便
浴缸有點不ok,其它的還好，硬體設備舊了點，住起來還可以
房間內沒提供礦泉水，也沒提供腳踏車，附近又沒Ubike可騎，對自助旅行者很不方便
老旅社老裝潢，但房間很寬敞，該給的設備也沒少；但週六早上樓下飆車族倒是蠻吵的,希望只是特殊Case。
只有一樓重新裝潢，其他都是舊舊的。房間感覺很不好，灰塵與蟑螂。整理感覺很差

隔音有點差以外都還算不錯，服務人員親切。可惜枕頭有點髒 應該用個枕套
看到價錢的時候，也明白不會是多麼舒適的客房（訂時$1200上下）
但是看到房間的時候被嚇壞了。
入住期間是清明連假，我也明白能在這個時間內，以這個價錢訂到房間已經不容易。
但是我完全沒預料到房間的情況會如此糟糕。
冷氣會漏水，所以在房內的時候會聞到很潮濕的味道。
入住的時候聽櫃檯小姐說，旅館換了新東家，剛整修好，4/1才開業，但是這是整修好的情況嗎...？
門縫很大，隔音很差。一進門就有小蟑螂出來迎客。
除了櫃檯的態度良好和體貼之外，在環境和房間情況，我沒感受到貴旅館的待客誠意，取而代之的是為了賺清明連假的住宿人潮，而得過且過的將如此糟糕的房間環境拿出來待客。感覺就像是剛要拆遷到一半的房間。
除了入住手續辦理的不是很好,其他都還滿意( 位置,早餐,停車,房間乾淨度...等)
以平價旅館而言算很不錯
服務人員都非常親切熱情，僅環境整潔稍差，畢竟是老飯店了。
以費用來看CP值很高，若對房間沒有太高要求，可以一試。
自有停車場好停車！早餐有中西式選擇！服務人員都很親切。雖然是老房子，房租平價合理，整潔清潔維護的還算不錯！對於出差/旅遊住宿不太在意裝潢者可列入考慮。
服務佳、房間空間大且乾淨、地理位置佳、早餐豐盛、CP值高！
早餐中式菜色很多，看到很多小家庭出遊選擇
The room is spacious. Though there are some defects in the bathroom, I’m happy with the service and the breakfast quality given this price.
住宿地點其實還算可以，附近吃的喝的都有
離神農街、或是往小北成功夜市都蠻快的。
房間空間算大，只是住宿設備太老舊，
牆壁壁紙都沒重新整理、馬路隔音也不太好
有點可惜了這棟。
如果能夠重新貼過壁紙讓人進去後很舒服的感覺就很好了。

Comfortable and clean room with good wifi. Windows were very dirty and not cleaned in months, train station a few
Kms away but eating places reasonably close. Breakfast was included but inedible Asian food which I don’t like that time of the day so I bought my own food to the breakfast room.
