Zimmergröße und die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für die Preisklasse mittelmäßig. Vor allem fiel mir negativ auf, dass beim Gebäck keine Greifzangen waren.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt neben Casino und Kurpark. Das Gebäude ist altehrwürdig, die Konditorei (Ferdinand) sehr gut, Frühstück gut, Kaffeemaschine mit mehreren Kapseln am Zimmer, Garage (16€/Tag) direkt im Haus und mit dem Lift erreichbar.

Cons:

Mit Abstand das größte Ärgernis waren die Betten. (Standard Doppelzimmer) Mehrzahl deswegen, da es kein Doppelbett war, sondern 2 aneinander geschobene Einzelbetten, die bei der kleinsten Bewegung auseinander driften, ohne Übertreibung. Im Bad bei der Wanne an doch einigen Stellen Schimmel (Fotos) keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank (evtl. in teureren Zimmern?), kein Telefon, Safe war bei der Ankunft versperrt. Den letzten Punkt hätte ich eigentlich der Rezeption melden wollen, aber nachdem kein Telefon im Raum ist, war's uns dann zu mühsam. Keine Infomappe oder dergleichen. WLAN (obwohl es einige verschiedene gab) durchwegs mit schwacher Signalqualität und eher langsam (hab am Handy wieder auf LTE geändert), der Fernseher winzig. 1-2 Haken mehr im Bad wären auch OK.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal!
Das wunderschöne Jugendstil Hotel liegt inmitten der reizenden Altstadt von Baden. Vom Balkonzimmer aus hatten wir Blick aufs Casino, den Park und die Sommerarena.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten könnte man nachrüsten, wie Kaffeetassen am Zimmer oder eine Minibar. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Gläser waren vorhanden.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal.Gutes Frühstück,es hat mir nichts gefehlt.Wir mußten nur die Straße zum Ball überqueren.Toll war auch dass wir in der Parkgarage parken konnten ,u.von dort mit dem Koffer gleich mit dem Lift zum Zimmer konnten.
