Das war es nicht wert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das alte schöne Haus.

Cons:

Frühstück ist unterirdisch, kein Personal oder nur solches, das nicht versteht oder verstehen will.
Es wird nicht nachgesehen, ob Gäste beim Frühstück etwas benötigen. Tee oder Kaffee musste man bei der Schank bestellen und selbst holen. Eine letztklassige Aushilfe (kann hoffentlich nur eine Aushilfe gewesen sein) kümmert sich um nichts und telefoniert privat. Fast nur Reste bzw. alte Semmeln am Wochentag. Kein Mineralwasser.
Es steht auch im Zimmer, dass das österreichische Wasser das beste sei und man es daher aus der Leitung trinken solle. Vor ca. 2 Jahren gab es noch eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer.
Zimmer großflächig gereinigt aber genau schauen durfte man nicht.
Kein Ventilator oder Klimagerät im Zimmer. An Klimaanlage gar nicht zu denken.
Fazit: Mehr Schein als Sein!
Man hat den Eindruck: Geld fehlt an allen Ecken und Enden; sowie ein Lächeln des Personals für Gäste des Hotels ist rar.
Es fehlt jedenfalls eine Führungskraft, die organisiert und nach dem Rechten sieht, sowie generell gutes Personal.

Pros:

Wer in einem wunderschönen Jugendstilgebäude wohnen möchte, muss hier unbedingt nächtigen. Innen und außen fühlt man sich in die gute alte Zeit versetzt. Alles ist schön renoviert. Die moderne Einrichtung im Eingangsbereich passt sich sehr gut an.

Cons:

Bis auf den Kellner mit der Glatze ist das Personal uninteressiert und nicht freundlich. Der Rezeptionist hat trotz mehrfachen Klingelns lange warten lassen, oben Entschuldigung oder Erklärung.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr oft leer. Am Sonntag gab es kein Küche Buffet. Die leeren Teller türmten sich an Männchen Tischen.Der Kellner erklärte dazu, dass er erst seit einer Stunde Dienst habe.
Die Matratzen waren ein wenig wie Hängematten.
Die Mistkübel wurden nicht entleert.

Stilvolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Luft nach oben beim Frühstück

Lage, Frühstücksraum - sehr stilvoll, günstiger Parkplatz in der Casino-Garage

Cons:

Service beim Frühstück praktisch nicht existent, kein Brot, keine Teelöffel. Käseplatte derartig kalt, dass der Käse zusammenklebte. Generell nicht liebevoll präsentiert. Nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

Pros:

Die schwarzhaarige Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und höflich und hat uns ausgezeichnet bedient. Außerdem hatten wir Kontakt mit einem jungen Mann an der Rezeption, der ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksraum.
Pros:

Zimmer mit Balkon direkt mit Blick auf Park und Casino. Highlight ist der Frühstücksraum mit sehr schönem Mosaik.

Cons:

Leider kein Fruchtsalat beim Frühstück. Die Parksituation vor Ort.

Pobyt był krótki ale bardzo udany, obsługa hotelu bardzo uczynna.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu blisko parku, oraz oryginalne wnętrza. Byliśmy w cztery osoby i dostaliśmy przestronny apartament złożony z dwóch pokoi.

Cons:

Niestety jest malutki parking, więc nie mieliśmy możliwości parkowania na terenie hotelu. Ostatecznie zaparkowaliśmy przy ulicy ponieważ samochód z bagażnikiem dachowym nie mieścił się również do parkingu przy kasynie.
