Cons:

We arrived at the hotel but decided to cancel our stay after seeing the condition of the room. The carpet had multiple dark stains, the walls and headboard were marked and dirty, and there appeared to be mould or grime around parts of the ceiling panel and corners. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were very concerning and we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room, so we cancelled immediately. The hotel really needs to improve its cleaning and upkeep. Pictures online are misleading.

Nice stay, horrible breakfast
Pros:

Nice rooms, updated and clean. Staff was helpful when prompted.

Cons:

The breakfast is horrendous for westerners. Who in their right mind wants to eat deep fried cheese balls and noodles with heavy sauces at 7AM?? They definitely pander ONLY to their asian audience. The neighborhood is also under developed but of course that is not an issue that concerns them, just worth mentioning.

Good choice for traveling in Taipei

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Good location, very close to metro station,

Carpet in our room was old and stained. We have to move to lower floor where rooms were carpet were replaced with vinyl floors.
