Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und waren rundum begeistert. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die angenehme Atmosphäre und den erstklassigen Service. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

Excellent facilities and location, but badly run, poor value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location, modern and clean property, nice architecture and design.

Cons:

Too big to be managed effectively, it seems.
On the way home I got a call to pay the remainder of my bill, which I had paid. Salad and breakfast buffets were excellent, cooked food on the menu was pretentious yet tasteless. Impossible to find a place by the pool in the afternoons. Very poor cushions in the rooms. Etc, etc. i don't mind paying extra but the service was not worth it. Management would be better advised to deal with this chaos rather than focus on enforcement of the long trousers rule in the dining area. That in itself is bizarre. It's a family holiday hotel with lots of kids running and screaming (no problem with that). Lon

Good experience but I will not recommended to any of my friends.

The infinity pool

Cons:

The resort is modern, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning Alpine setting. The facilities are excellent, and it is particularly well suited for families. The staff were professional, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.

However, I found the pricing very difficult to justify. The room rates are comparable to some of the world’s best luxury resorts, yet the overall experience did not match that level of value. I was also surprised to be charged an additional €820 for my 17-year-old son’s half board upon arrival, which felt excessive.

My 2 nights for 2 rooms for a family of 3 adults and 1 child I ended up paying €3500.

The hotel is great everything was beyond expectaions the rooms was clean all other facelities was always clean .. the breakfast was great and dinner even more .. planety of food the chef really made alot of effort to make such special meals .. even the soup has always a special twest. .thank you so much for paying attention for details and making our holiday much more special

Cons:

The only comment I can make is about the water ... its a half boared hotel so every drink you order is charged and its fine but near to the pools and faceleties for a five star hotel I expect tp have water bars at least. No snaks except in the adult onlly spa but water ? Everytime you want to drink water you need to go to the bar or to the baresta lounge to order water and pay for it
I also expect from a five star hotel to refill the coffe capsouls in the room once you used it it never be refilled again even tge tee bags .. these little stuff are important and we payed enough money for them ..
