Wonderful stay!
Cons:

The only note I have is that our guest wifi code and room phone didn't work during our stay. We had our dogs with us, so the room phone couldn't be fixed. Our phones have unlimited data, so the wifi issue didn't dampen our stay....otherwise everything else was amazing and we'll definitely visit again!

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Soup on Wednesday was good. Kids liked the pool. Room was big and clean.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast just average, the same as all hotel breakfasts

Cons:

TV wouldn’t work. Called the front desk, was told to unplug and replug it in. That worked, but TV would go out again every 15-20 minutes, it’s frustrating to watch anything that way. They just said sorry, didn’t offer to fix it or offer to move us to another room

It was completely and utterly lovely.
Pros:

I loved the staff. They were exceptionally attentive and lovely. The location is wonderful. The rooms are incredible, huge, clean, stocked, and the price is amazing in January. Breakfast is so good... choices for every kind of eater. We loved it and would recommend it with great enthusiasm.

Cons:

The parking lot is confusing and squishy a little.

Great location and comfort!
Pros:

Excellent staff that made every effort to ensure we had a quiet and comfortable week-long stay. (Shout out to Hannah, you're the BEST!) We appreciated the close location to all of downtown Moab shops and restaurants after our long days hiking and exploring the National Parks. Enjoyed having cold water in the lobby and the included breakfast.

Cons:

Enjoyed the whirlpool, however after our first night the jets did not work even after notifying management. Street noise can be a bit overwhelming in street-side rooms.
