Great location and comfort!
Pros:

Excellent staff that made every effort to ensure we had a quiet and comfortable week-long stay. (Shout out to Hannah, you're the BEST!) We appreciated the close location to all of downtown Moab shops and restaurants after our long days hiking and exploring the National Parks. Enjoyed having cold water in the lobby and the included breakfast.

Cons:

Enjoyed the whirlpool, however after our first night the jets did not work even after notifying management. Street noise can be a bit overwhelming in street-side rooms.

Excellent! I'll be back next year. Love the location!
Pros:

This is my 2nd stay here. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at all times. I liked the many hot and cold options at breakfast (and they were different from day to day). I also liked sitting and doing some work down in the reception/breakfast area. Lots of open seating, pretty fireplace. It was a warm and cozy place to work. The kitchen is fairly well equipped as well. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Best ever hotel experience i ever
Pros:

You couldn't ask for a better location. Being right on Moab’s main street makes it incredibly convenient to visit both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The front desk is exceptionally well-managed, and the staff is genuinely friendly—a special thanks to Denese, who is a superb host! To top it off, the hotel serves the best breakfast in town to fuel your hikes. A seamless and welcoming stay

Best experience of our trip so far!
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! We are doing the Grand Circle and have stayed at many hotels, but this one the best experience so far. Everyone was so friendly. The one person that stood out was Autumn. After she was off work, she brought back a life jacket for us to borrow for my youngest son to be able to enjoy the pool more while we were visiting. This was just so kind and unexpected.

It was a clean hotel, good laundry facilities, good breakfast, games to borrow for kids, coloring sheets for kids, and many more thoughtful things for families. Thank you !

5 rating. Hannah checked me in, very courteous and pleasent. She gave me a very nice room. Decorations and decore very festive. Breakfast and selection was very good. I would definately stay here again.

Pros:

Habitación increíblemente espaciosa y limpia. Cuenta con nevera grande, cocina, lavavajillas y todos los implementos.
El hotel tiene un parqueo amplio, buen desayuno y personal cordial

Cons:

No me gustó que booking me dio un precio y al llegar ellos cobraron mucho más de lo visto en el app, aconsejo pagar antes de ir por aquello.
En el piso 2 las lavadoras y secadoras cobran $3 y no sirven, en cambio en el tercer piso valen $2 y son un éxito!

Quality hotel, good breakfast, great staff
Pros:

The hotel staff at this establishment was excellent. I am a very frequent traveler and interact with an abundance of staff. Autumn specifically helped us a few times making some room adjustments with ease. We even used the outdoor area and grills with no problems. 10/10 would recommend and will stay here again if in Moab.
