Schönes Resort mit einem besonderen und familiären Flair
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die uns gerne mit Tipps für unsere Tagesgestaltung behilflich sein wollten. Bei der Anlage war das historische Bauwerk und moderne Gestaltung toll vereint. Es gab eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, auch von unserem Zimmer aus. Das Essen war hervorragend und es wurden auf alle Unverträglichkeiten Rücksicht genommen.

Pros:

Ein traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde. Bogdan, Milica und der Rest des Personals waren unglaublich freundlich und die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann wunderschöne Momente auf der tollen Terrasse genießen. Auch das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war ganz hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall ein kleiner Geheimtipp.

Великолепное расположение и территория отельного комплекса. У нас был вид на закат, это было прекрасно. Кухня была отличная и изысканная. Владельцы относятся к месту с душой.

Lovely - but not in October.
Pros:

There’s no doubt the place is beautiful but, for us, the hoped-for serenity and chillout didn’t materialise. We were unlucky with the weather and late October, and arrived to find pools dirty and in a state of disrepair, as owner Milica hadn’t realised they were advertised as open until November. Likewise, Rose and other coastal villages closed for the season with not even a coffee available. This rather ruined our stay as there’s literally nothing else to do in the vicinity and hiking in driving rain isn’t fun for most of us.

Cons:

Our room (Rosemary) was aesthetically beautiful but lacked a few key details. It had no cooking facilities, but neither was it serviced like a hotel room. Not a huge issue but beds aren’t made, nor are coffee sachets etc replenished, so just be aware.

Charming place with wonderfull family tradition
Pros:

The stunning view and the lovely people make this stay even more gorgeous. The facilities are perfect and made with taste. the food is also great, I def recommend you try it!!

Pros:

The village is beautiful the view from the appartement as well as the view from the village.
It is the most quiet peaceful place we had in Kotor aera.
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with great people beautiful view and where food is homemade is it definitely the place to stay.
A place we keep in mind and heart to hopefully come back one day.

What a vacation should be like.
Pros:

Milica and the entire staff were amazing, we got in really late due to flight delays and they stayed up to make sure we arrived and found our unit without any issues. Breakfast was great and had a lot of local items. Klinci really made you feel like you were on vacation.

Cons:

Nothing that takes away from what a wonderful place this is.

Pros:

Samo miejsce wyjątkowe! Personel bardzo uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Jedyne zastrzeżenia do czystości samego apartamentu. Nie wiem czy tylko my tak trafiliśmy ale wszędzie walały się długie carne włosy po jakiś poprzednich gościach. Przeszkadzał też trochę zapach toalety gdzie była zwyczajnie brudna. Zwykła kostka toaletowa pewnie by przykryła sprawę ale tego brakowało. Poza tym, dwa baseny, pyszne śniadania oraz wyjątkowość miejsca.

Très agréable séjour loin de l’agitation touristique.
Pros:

La tranquillité, le lieu, les deux piscines, le calme

Cons:

Il a manqué des plats locaux dans le buffet du petit déjeuner.
La serveuse surmenée était bien fatiguée…

Es waren sehr schöne 2 Nächte, die wir vor Ort verbracht haben. Ein richtiger Traumort. Die Kinder (9 und 12 Jahre) und ich waren begeistert. Sehr nettes Personal. Liebe Grüße an Tereza.
Es ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Preise für Essen und Getränke sind höher, aber auch qualitativ sehr gut. Weniger geeignet für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Very good
Pros:

Beautiful old ‘village’ in the middle of wild nature. We liked the authentic and rustic vibe - very different compared to the crowds in rest of Kotor bay. But be prepared for a bumpy drive on many narrow streets to arrive:)

The hosts and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind, they also helped us when our daughter was sick on the day of departure.

Our kids enjoyed cuddling with the two cats and dog, and the beach 20 minutes away was worth the drive! (… we didn’t try the one close by - Rose)

Cons:

Being a more rustic Accomodation the aircondition was not functioning in the entire apartment, and the two bedrooms were very hot during night.

I would have loved more local produce at the breakfast table. Juice, croissants and bread seemed like from a store - would have been great and in line with the concept with more homemade offers (like the jam and tomatoes… those tomatoes were so good!)
