Les Rocquettes Hotel

It was fine. Room had no air conditioning / heat control, so needed to keep the balcony door open to stay cool. No water in the room. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

Good service friendly staff and an enjoyable stay

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pool, gardens, room and bar were all in very good condition. There is hotel bus into town and also a public bus stop almost outside.

Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful and genuine - you never felt they were doing things just because it was their job to do so. It was a real pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend it

We stay at this hotel each year. All of the staff are very friendly and try their best to give good customer service.

This is the third time we have stayed here. The food is amazing.. the staff afte friendly and will do anything for you.

A really nice hotel, hotel restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming - especially as I was travelling alone (e.g. giving me choice of tables in the restaurant).

The indoor pool is really good and the hotel is a walk/short cycle from St Peter Port centre

Excellent overall but position of bedside lightsto far fom bed to reach without getting out of bed.Bed very comfortable but pillows lumpy.
Everything else and staff outstanding!!😇

Clean, lovely hotel 18 mins walk from centre of St Peter Port. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was simply excellent.

The room was so spacious with a sofa to chill out on. It was lovely to have a swim in the pool. Lovely breakfast menu, tasty options.

The new part of the hotel and restaurant is really lovely and modern but they seem to have forgotten about the rest of the hotel. Looking from the outside, the rooms face the carpark and look like a motel. The rooms other than the bathroom, have not been modernised at all. There’s no air conditioning which made the nights rather uncomfortable even with the balcony door open. This also wasn’t an option in the day as we have a toddler. The bed and pillows definitely need changing as they were rather uncomfortable.
Everything was clean and the rooms made up nicely everyday. The restaurant was also very clean and very modern as I said. Food at breakfast was good but the buffet could have done with more variety, especially for children. Service was mostly very friendly as were the staff at reception.
It was very expensive for what we got so I doubt we’d stay agaib.

Staff very courteous and attentive. Garden area was lovely.
Facilities are tired and the 'superior' rooms have definitely seen better days.
