Pros:

Localização. Próximo de tudo.

Cons:

O custo investido não compensa o conforto entregue. O quarto não tem isolamento acústico. O barulho de fora é constante. O café da manhã não tem grande variedade.
Outro tema é que mesmo autorizando a limpeza do quarto através de uma luz verde, nas 4 noites que estivemos lá, em nenhuma fizeram limpeza no quarto.

Adoramos Chicago
Pros:

A localização era otima, o quarto muito bom, e adoramos a casa de banho. Muito ampla, muito boa. O quarto tinha uma vista desafogada, nem queriamos correr a cortina ! Só mesmo para dormir. Elevadores rápidos, serviço muito eficiente, check-in e check-out num ápice. Arrumavam a cozinha, que tinha maquina da loiça, frigorifico, micro ondas, etc. Tudo ótimo.
A recepcionista podia ser mais simpática, mas enfim. Devolveram rapidamente a caução. Tudo perfeito.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço. Qualidade discutível, escolhas limitadas. Sofrível mesmo. Panquecas horríveis. Uma desilusão. Mas a sala era muito luminosa e com vista. Foi muita pena o pequeno almoço.
Não emprestaram guarda-chuvas no dia que choveu.
Hesitaríamos em voltar porque valorizamos muito um bom pequeno-almoço.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent staff, perfect location to everything
Pros:

Awesome breakfast buffet, you could overlook Magnificient Mile while eating. Rooftop bar as well. I had a head cold so I ordered soup and brought it back to the hotel. It was a bit cool and needed more liquid. Viola, I had a whole kitchenette with microwave to complete my dinner!

Cons:

No bathtub, just shower, but most hotels don't have them anymore. Since you're downtown, there are a lot of sirens all night (hotel is near a hospital), but you eventually get used to it.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Chicago! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about my stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile was wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect — most of the main attractions are just a 5–7 minute walk away. The world’s largest Starbucks is literally one minute away, and grocery stores are only 2–3 minutes from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient.

The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern interior and a very comfortable atmosphere. One of the biggest surprises for me was the breakfast — it was so generous and varied that it truly exceeded my expectations. There was such a great selection that it felt much more than a typical hotel breakfast.

The staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

And a special thank you to the team for allowing us to check in early. It was incredibly appreciated after traveling.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Das Hotel liegt ideal mitten im Zentrum von Chicago, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ist dabei, Kaffee und Tee allerdings meistens leer. Die Zimmer sind überaus groß und komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist im 20. Stock, da muss man erst mal mit den Koffern hin, außerdem unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Ich habe um ein Zimmer weit oben gebeten, bekommen habe ich eines im zweiten Stockwerk von unten. Ich musste meinen Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte verlängern, da mein Flug storniert wurde, auch da konnte man uns nicht weiterhelfen. Anstatt direkt bei der Rezeption zu verlängern, mussten wir über Booking.com buchen und schauen ob noch was frei ist. Sehr seltsam und kompliziert. Jeden Tag hat das Housekeeping lautstark und mehrere Male an unsere Türe geklopft, obwohl das ‚Privacy‘ Schild ausgehängt war.
