The bed was quite comfy, and it was possible to order food via the reception at a nearby restaurant and let them bring it to our room.
We booked a room which clearly had pictures of rooms with air-conditioning. Coming there it already took a very long time to check in and then they told us the text described it was with ventilator and they the pictures were general. It took a long time before they finally admitted it was their fault and have us a room with airco. That one was gross, with a puddle of piss in front of the toilet, dental floss on the wall and a very old soap in the shower. The shower was only luke warm with very low pressure. Not recommended.
The room was quiet and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was not provided.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's generally a quiet sector so there it wasn't noisy. The hotel had hot water and the room was spacious.
It's close to the city center and several museums, however, it's not recommended to be walking around outside at night. Mosquitoes tend to enter the room quite often.
Nice room, big and comfortable bed(for me), overall clean, of course its not a 4-5 star hotel but for this price its absolutely fine. Staff are very helpful but unfortunately don't speak any english.
Location is in centre, but don't get fooled, centre of Bucaramanga is quite busy(shops and markets, traffic) and pretty dangerous when it gets dark.
- Noise early in the morning: people talking loudly, some construction noises, phone ringing on the reception(my room was right above the reception and windows to inner patio). Rooms have very bad sound isolation.
- Staff doesn’t speak even the most basic english, we always had to use mobile translator
- To turn on hot water in shower you need to run the water for 5-7 minutes, otherwise its cold
No tenían restaurante por restauraciones. No había papel higiénico en la habitación y había mucho polvo por todo lado. Además de eso teñimos 2 reservas y nos cobraron la más cara.

Solo dos cosas por mejorar, los colchones son muy duros y escuchamos ruidos desde muy temprano, pensamos que los mismos huéspedes.
Es muy sencillo, apenas para pasar 1 o maximo 2 noches ... las habitaciones son muy basicas no tienen nevera, el baño apenas con lo justo papel y jabon ...la atencion es muy calida
