The staff was excellent thier professionalism was exceptional. The locatin is nice close to the central, but far enough alway to be quite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in town. Cost was affordable.

It was ok, the staff are super nice!
No cuenta con teléfono en la habitación para solicitar, lo que se ocupa. No tiene variedad en alimentos, no pusieron toallas en el baño para 2 personas, el colchó no es cómodo para un buen descanso
Muchísimo ruido en la noche el cuarto muy vacío para lo que era, cucarachas en el piso, el baño diminuto, la cama y las almohadas horribles no pude dormir bien, y luego para cerrar con broche de oro todavía me piden que me espere en el checkout como si fuera un delincuente para ver si no me robe nada, pues que clase de gente se hospeda ahí?

La habitación increíble , pero la alberca no tiene clima
Todo estuvo muy bien. El servicio fue muy bueno. Las camas muy cómodas. La limpieza podría mejorar un poquito. La alberca y las vista muy padres. Solo que el agua de la alberca estaba. Muy fría y eso que hacía bastante calor… si recomiendo este hotel 😊
Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el baño (parte de la regadera) estaba tapado asi que no te podias bañar agusto, las camas super duras, las toallas y sabanas estaban manchadas parecian sucias, el agua de la alberca super fria
Se manchó una toalla con alimento y vino y cobraron la toalla en 850, según ellos ya no tenía solución y se necesitaba comprar una nueva

El hotel es bastante bueno, las condiciones de las habitaciones también y el personal es amable, el único inconveniente es que su restaurante solo da servicio hasta las 3pm si llegas más tarde o en la noche no hay servicio de alimentos lo cual te ocasiona tener que salir a comprar alimentos
