Great budget friendly and comfortable stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

An affordable property that delivered on comfort and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom with all amenities, and amazing walking distance to south beach. Also Mauricio was very timely in responding to messages. He made sure to meet expectations and requests. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights in Clifton and it exceeded our expectations. First, the location is very convenient - 5 minutes walking to the beach, good restaurants, bars and Ocean Drive. Second, the facility and the room itself - safe, cozy, clean, designed and smelled very good. There is no smell of smoking etc. Also, despite of locating near the bars - there is no noise around. Also, on the first floor you can enjoy free coffee and tea. Moreover, managers Mauricio and Eugenio were so caring, asked if we need any assistance, how we feel our stay and helped with our luggage storing. And the price - is very affordable considering all above mentioned aspects. Thank you! We will definitely come back during next trip to Miami!

Super séjour dans un hôtel qualitatif propre et bien situé. 
Pros:

L’emplacement est super : à trois minutes de la plage, des bars, restaurants et magasins.

L’immeuble est sécurisé avec un code pour rentrer le soir, lorsqu’il n’y a personne à l’accueil. Aussi, chaque chambre était équipée d’un digicode. Donc pas besoin d’utiliser de carte ou de clef, ce qui est très pratique.

Pratique également de pouvoir stocker ses valises avant le check-in ou lorsque l’on a déjà quitté la chambre le dernier jour.

Notre chambre donnait sur un parking donc c’était très calme, aucun bruit la nuit.

Les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres et très soignées. Le mobilier (sèche-cheveux, frigidaire, Table, etc) est joliment choisi.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant , souriant, à l’écoute de feed-back. Merci à Ernesto et Mauricio, qui ont été adorables avec nous.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de transat et de parasol sur la plage prévus pour les clients de l’hôtel. Je serai prête à rajouter 30 % du prix pour en avoir.

Aussi, il me semble nécessaire, en plus de l’écrire dans le message de bienvenue, de préciser lors du checkin, que le ménage de la chambre n’est fait que sur demande. Car si on ne lit pas le message de bienvenue, ce qui est souvent le cas, on passe à côté de l’information et on ne pense pas à le demander.

La clim fait beaucoup de bruit, même si personnellement, cela ne m’a pas dérangé pour dormir, mais il faut le savoir.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend les voisins. Ce qui nous est indiqué que lorsque lorsque l’on a déjà payé la réservation.

Autre point, neutre (qui, selon certaines personnes peut être négatif) : il n’y a pas toujours quelqu’un de présent à l’accueil de l’hôtel.

Relax, get some sun and rest
Pros:

Great location!! Close to the beach & all my fav restaurants! It is self check in, which is very convenient & efficient. I felt safe & I got plenty of much needed rest. The owner, Ernesto, was kind enough to come to my door & check in with me to see if I needed anything, which left I letting impression on me. 1 Day I left my room unlocked and slightly cracked for hours by mistake. no 1 entered my room, none of my belongings were touched. As a solo traveler, my safety & comfort is #1 & I definitely will be back!

Sauber, modern, zentral, perfektes Preis-Laistungsverhältnis

Es war wirklich sehr zentral gelegen, die offizielle Garage der Stadt Miami Beach ist direkt nebenan (es gibt nichts günstigeres in South Beach). Schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber

Cons:

Die Wände und Ebenen sind typisch amerikanisch sehr dünn und so hatten wir manchmal das Gefühl die Gäste über uns krachen jeden Moment ein 😅.
