Fabulous staff and bedrooms were great.
Pros:

staff were superb. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good and staff at breakfast were so helpful. Pool bar had fabulous food and great service. the newly refurbed floors were fabulous. Bedroom was one of the nicest we have stayed in.

Cons:

The lobby area was a bit dated but it was spotlessly clean.

Az ingyenes upgrade meglepett. Fantasztikus szobát kaptunk. A reggeli normál svédasztalos volt, hatalmas választékú süteménnyel. A vacsora ízletes, bőséges. Számunkra meglepő volt, hogy az előétel után két fogás is főétel volt, választható kombinációban. Kifogástalan felszolgálással. A medence vize kellemes hőmérsékletű. A szállodától gyalog is gyorsan elérhető bazársor, kávézó található.
A szállodai személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Jól beszélnek angolul, németül már kevésbé, de ez nem volt akadály.
A vendégek zöme az ottartózkodásunk alatt olasz volt.

La gentilezza dello staff è meravigliosa, dalle persone che lavorano all’accoglienza a quelle dedicate al ristorante e al bar delle piscine, sono convinto che a volte il posto lo fanno le persone ed in questo caso è così.
