Pros:

Gebucht wurde HP. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, gut sortiert u.a. mit gesunden Sachen. Das Buffet am Abend offeriert als cold starter Antipasti bzw. Salat, war auch diese Auslage sehr reichhaltig und mit gesunden Produkten ausgestattet. Das Menü, warm starter, mit Vorspeise und Hauptspeise war am ersten Tag etwas kalt, fehlten Warmhaltehauben für die Wege im Speisesaal, jedoch die Tage danach stets warm. Das Essen war stets qualitativ, vertretbare Portionen, konnten wir auch von zwei Vorspeisen wählen und probieren. Die Weine am Tisch und an der Bar gaumenfreudig. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Personal. Auch wenn es manchmal dauerte, bis ein Kellner (m/w/d) vorbeikam, war der Service dann prompt und alle Leute im Servicebereich, Speisesall und Bar, sehr höflich, charmant und sympathisch. Dies trifft natürlich auch auf das Personal am Concierge, im Wellness bzw. im Zimmerservice gleichsam zu.

Das SPA mit allen Service-Leuten war ansehlich bzw. sehr gut und alles sehr sauber. Perfekt war die Schleuder am Ausklang des Tages, damit man die nassen Sachen dort noch trocknen konnte, sodass man diese nicht nass/ tropfend auf das Zimmer mitnehmen musste. Da hat jemand mit gedacht ..

Cons:

Die Sauna ist etwas einengend oder klein für einen größeren Wellness-/ Hotelbereich. Das Dampfbad zwar schön und groß, jedoch keine 'Power' dahinter. Eine andere Dampfgrotte haben wir erst bei Abreise vernommen und konnten diese nicht mehr nutzen.

Cinque giorni di pieno relax ad Abano
Pros:

Abbiamo usufruito di una camera deluxe doppia a letti singoli. Ristrutturata, piccola ma con tutto il necessario, armadio capiente, parquet, bagno comodo con doccia doppia, specchio ingranditore e abbastanza spazio dove poggiare le cose, spugne di buona qualita', se usate vengono cambiate giornalmente, accappatoi inclusi nel costo totale. Tutto molto pulito. Piscine ampie, con idromassaggi regolarmente manutenuti e funzionanti, bagno turco ampio, piccola sauna purtroppo sempre occupata, docce emozionali, palesta ben attrezzata, piccolo frigidarium, bar interno alla zona piscine. Tutto decisamente carino e comodo. Colazione varia e buona. Rapporto qualita'-prezzo ottima. Un encomio particolare va' a tutto il personale di servizio: perfetti, discreti, veloci, disponibili, gentili, competenti.

Bella la stanza dotata di tutti i confort, bagno ampio e con tutte le dotazioni x l'igiene. Le piscine molto confortevoli e rilassanti. Presente la sauna, vengo turco e grotta sudatoria. Sala ristorante ampia con bel tovagliato e servizio compito e veloce. Menù genuino.

Cons:

Le camere sono troppo riscaldate (26/27 gradi) anche di notte con nessuna possibilità di regolare la temperatura
