Apaartement décevant, le logement était sale avec de l'urine de chien sur le balcon de nombreuses traces de saleté. Le logement manque visiblement d'entretien à déconseille absolument.
I would definitely stay here again or recommend to someone. The view is outstanding it’s like you live there your not a guest.
The noise of the ac unit was bearable. Very safe building and the views are very nice.
The building was pretty nice and nice pool and gym area, the apartment was pretty comfortable although everything seemed pretty old and broken. The area was nice with a park within walking distance and Miami beach about 20 minutes away. We had a nice stay.
This place is conveniently located, security was very nice to work with. Fitness center is very nice!! The condo was clean however there were a few issues. One kitchen cabinet door was missing. Some sort of splatter on the living room blinds (possibly blood) airport is close and very loud. Make sure you bring “all” cooking spices , oils, etc etc with you. Also charged a $300 security deposit upon arrival which I am not accustomed to. (To be returned 3 business days after departure) be aware that there is a 2 night min. stay as well. Plus $25 per week parking fee.
Furniture is dated/0ld and shows lots of signs of wear and tear. Single chair is yellow and arm rest very dirty. Small tv in living room but not in the rooms.
The view was beautiful, the first time I called I was told my room was going to be in the 18th floor than I get a call that my room was switched to the 6th floor. After a big misunderstanding my room was changed to the 11th floor. The sofa beds were horrible, the ac kept making a loud banging noice, and too many loud people coming from outside.
The worst experienced I Had in this room, with out cleaning they have given and there is no proper security for the room, No lock for for the room and there wont be over all there wont be any maintenance people in the hotel if we call them and ask for the felicitates, they wont give any response from the maintenance or hotel management, and Simple say if one thing if you want to stay you can continue or else you can leave
Not really walkable distance to anything and it's a residential community with some apartments up for renting for a week or a few days. Valet was nice. But it's in your own best interest to pay for the weekly pass rather than whenever you enter and exit even if you are only there for a couple of days. Rooms were clean and all cooking ware, plate ware, and silverware were availalble for use. Balcony view was beautiful and you cannot hear highway sounds from your room
Place is out of the way and require driving to town. Plenty of room, but no TV service (Couple Spanish channels maybe). Front desk service so, so. Better if you speak Spanish. Got stuck half a dozen times at the front gate. Parking service change per 5 days, not per stay as the web site states. But the service was excellent. Concier service from Paloma was ... it wasn't any, never answer the phone. The worst however is the fact that they charge me $300 down payment twice and month and half later I have no refund. I will have to ask my layer to take care of this.

Pool was closed, mattresses are horrible. Great location for Marlins park. It is a time share/ Condo rental. It is not a Hotel like advertised
El apartamento es amplio y como se mostraba en las fotos, pero mal pleno que no tuvimos piscina, estaba en reparación esa semana que estuvimos,lo peor es el falso anuncio de parqueadero gratis; aunque este fue descontado del pago después queda hablamos con el apartamentero, es eso PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOZA.

The building was good, had access to a lot of things. The only thing that I wasn't informed on was the fact that you had to pay a fee for the parking. Very expensive parking everytime you step out the apartment. Their were a couple messed up things around the house that I myself had to take care of and struggle to fix because the host never sent nobody when I told her about it. Communication was poor with the host. But it was okay the apartment.
Pros.. Very Spacious... Comfortable for 5-6 ppl... nice kitchen area...
Cons ... the second day of our 5 day trip they covered our window with plastic and blocked our view.. the shower rods kept falling down... the bathroom door didn't close to well.
Our stay was great, it was very comfortable and spacious, enough cabinets and closet space to put clothes and luggage. The balcony view was an amazing view of the city!! There was even a small table and chairs out in the balcony. The pool is right outside with a great view of the marina. Definitely would stay again. Only negative was the cleanliness of the floors, a bit dusty and left our socks dirty but there was a washer and dryer so meh.

My entire trip to Florida was amazing. ..the hotel location was very convenient for travel..but the service I received from the hotel was the worst I had ever experienced. We had a three day trip and it tool the maintenance all of three days to fix the A/C... the hotel was clean except for the floors. The floors appear to have never been cleaned EVER!! I was also notified about four weeks after the purchase of the apartment a 300 dollar deposit is due before entering for our stay. The lady PAMALA I was communicating with weeks before my arrival said if we pay with cash she will return our cash.. before our departure PAMALA was informed we will be checking out as early was 4am she viewed the apartment with us 12 hours previously no damage was present. PAMALA told us we can not get out cash back that early..she would have to send a money order. .since we arrived back home I have tried to contact her and NOW she will not answer the phone or give me any type of feed back.. this made for a never again trip to the Rivera or looking on hotel.com
En general todo estuvo bien, realmente solo necesitamos del apartamento para dormir y darnos una ducha, el espacio excelente para las ocho personas que estuvimos.
