Very clean, friendly, comfortable and well run.
The buffet breakfast was superb! Plenty of good choices, with the possibility of ordering to the room if notified prior to 3am the day of! The staff were also ultra helpful; the rooms were clean and tidy with a lovely selection of tea and coffee within; the hotel is very central yet quiet (right in the middle of Old Town and a massive shopping gallery) so quite perfect for a peaceful stay!
The wifi is not the strongest; the entertainment set up in the rooms is quite old (no access to streaming at all, with only a few channels to choose from); the gym is quite small and can be a bit awkward if other people are inside (basement style with no music).
The breakfast is not very delicious
We paid for breakfast, but had to leave before, we let the staff know night before so they kindly provided us with take away breakfast, which we greatly appreciated.
The only issue we had was with packaging for the salad, salad dressing needs definitely airtight container.
Excellent boutique style hotel set just a 2 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of Krakow Old Town; yet its fabulous position on Filipa street affords you a peaceful bolthole to return to. Its styling is a mixture of historic artsy and brutalist with its distinctive concrete high ceilings mixed with ornate decorative features throughout. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful in all areas. Loved the small bar /bistro area complete with its reclaimed decorative dark green mosaic tiles and relaxing colour scheme. A good selection of drinks carefully prepared by the staff. On our last day we also enjoyed an excellent quality and priced lunch (prepared in the Filipa 18 restaurant) and served in the bistro.
Our room was large, well appointed and with everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine. Water was provided daily also. A special touch from the hotel team was a specially prepared delicious sweet treat and beautifully handwritten card.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at IHG Hotel Indigo Old Town Krakow.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Old Town was wonderful. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautifully designed, and everything was spotless, fresh, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.
The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great selection every morning. A special thank you to Daria and Sofia for their exceptional care, kindness, and hospitality—they made our stay even more memorable.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
Staff makes false statements and claims. Have their own agenda for their special guests. Have check-in at 3pm. Tell us that we can park till 2pm with no problem. Come the checkout they flip their script and say we have special guests coming in. 900 PLN for a terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone visiting old town or Poland. Didn’t know the managers friends were in town and it’s all about them. Pathetic. I am sure you can find a cheaper and better experience anywhere else.
