Pros:

Una habitación muy mala la limpieza deficiente mucho frío en la habitación no se podía graduar el personal antipático un cuatro estrellas caro para lo que ofrecen sólo se salva la ubicación

Perfect Hotel when visiting Krakow.
Pros:

A perfect location for a ten minutes walk into the old town. The train station is also only five minutes away. The hotel is in a quiet district with very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. We found all of the hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Particular praise for Dominek on reception who helped us with advice several times.

Good Stay!
Pros:

Let’s start with the positives:
Overall, the service was very good. The people who ran the breakfast were professional and friendly. The people being the front desk were helpful.

The bathroom was spacious cough with a great shower. The bed was uber comfortable.

The fitness room was very small, but big enough to get an ok workout.

The location was perfect.

The negatives:
There needs to be more variety in the buffet. Same thing every morning.

The room had peculiar layout. There were sky windows that let in the morning without a way to control.

The bed lamps were no good for reading.

There was little closet space.

Overall I recommend this hotel.

Good choice for Krakow visit
Pros:

Great location close to train station and Old Town. Very convenient from airport by train. Pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice sized rooms, comfortable.
