I like that there’s a mall next to the hotel. The hotel has great staff. The restaurant inside the Waverly is also good as well.

Basic privacy requests were not met

Great rooms. Love the gym which has proper spin bikes and free weights. Breakfast is good, especially the masala dosas.

Clean and comfortable stay

Property is next to one of the best malls in Bangalore. The hotel staff was very helpful with accommodation and the cleanliness was very good matches the level of a 1st world country hotel.

Good place with great staff. A special call-out to the Manager (Kaushik) for excellent service & responsiveness.

Entrance of the hotel is not easy to find, no Valet Service and Concierge Service is offered until you ask the receptionist.
I stayed in loft room for 3 days and 2 nights. Room’s view was good, and the room was very spacious. But it’s AC duct had certain smell. Washrooms too were nice and spacious. However, shower area’s floor caulking on glass separation is ineffective to retain water leaking in other areas of the bathroom and it becomes a puddle.
Main reason to book this place was Alt Rooftop restaurant which was a great bummer. Website didn’t mentioned it’s closed. 2nd reason was swimming pool and it was closed too. Common washroom is on the rooftop and very dirty.
Staff is very helpful, although it felt employee shortage. Food is expensive and average.

Nothing's special. Good balance in terms of price and services. Close to a mall.
In terms of cleaniless, not European standards.

Somewhat worn down, but clean and well functioning. ZERO people in the restaurant (which is a pub in an adjoining shopping mall) when I went there, and breakfast is served rather late.

Beat hotel I have stayed at yet - staff, services, location and room was amazing

The room was very nice and clean. The staff at the reception was very friendly.
My cutbacks are for the breakfast that was more than poor for a 5-star hotel.
Little choice and a bored staff. Until now, I did not have such a service in other hotels in Bangalore. For this reason I will not stay there any more.

Would not recommend this hotel at all; (1) construction work at the hotel lasting throughout (2) the day, internet often too slow to work, and (3) service was not great either e.g. reception, in-room, fitness would not pick up the phone when calling.

This hotel is highly overpriced compared to the quality. I spent several weeks in this hotel.

Otroligt vänlig personal. Väldigt hjälpsam med diverse. Vi hade glömt vår baddräkt men de hade sprungit ikapp oss när vi hade lämnat hotellet för att försäkra sig att vi skulle få tillbaka den.

Fantastisk personal med andra ord!

++ Junior suite is spacious and very comfortable
-- Noisy due to renovation works (drills and hammers every day) and heavy rooftop bar music on weekend
-- Breakfast buffet is limited

Very good stay. Some how they allotted old age room. Kind of disappointed. Also access to hotel and restaurants is challenging.
