Please note that Steebach Brasserie is opened daily from 15:00 until 24:00. Restaurant Grill is opened daily for lunch and dinner excepts on Mondays and it opens on Tuesday from 19h.

Cons:

Mauvais entretien des équipements au niveau de la robinetterie, pas de frigo. Petit déjeuner digne d un 2 étoiles!, à 8h30 plus de pain! pizzas au restaurant mauvaises et ne parlons pas du vin. Personnel gentil mais hésitant, pas très professionnel, Où sont vos étoiles ???

Disappointing stay – hidden extras and poor service

The hotel is well situated for exploring the Mullerthal region.

Cons:

We specifically chose Hotel Bon Repos for the sauna, which was advertised as part of the experience. Upon arrival we discovered that the sauna cost an extra €50 per session for two people. Combined with the already high breakfast prices (which we were aware of) and the €13 daily dog fee, almost everything turned out to be an extra charge.
What made the stay particularly frustrating was the staff. Most of the team clearly lacked basic hospitality skills – communication was poor, service felt unprofessional, and there was little willingness to help.
For the price and the promises made, the overall experience fell well short of expectations.

Cons:

Obers onvriendelijk en kortaf. Een uur moeten wachten op drank. Drank aangerekend bij andere mensen wat niet gegeven was. Een ander glas gevraagd en niet gekregen
Iedereen heeft een uur a uur een half moeten wachten op het eten.
Eten was matig... Pasta carbonara met room en spek wat niet gebakken is, is geen carbonara.
Airco op de kamer maakt het lawaai van een wasmachine, douchekop lekt meer dan dat er langs de straler uitkomt. Kamer rook onfris.

Over het ontbijt kan niks gezegd worden, al is 19 euro niet goedkoop

Dit is zijn geld echt niet waardig. Een beetje concurrentie in het dorp zou wellicht veel doen
