We liked the location, the beds are comfortable and the hotel very clean.

Cons:

The reception is open 9-5 and if you need help with something (for example one day I couldn't find the card to open the room, luckily I found it in the end) there is nobody around. We also checked in on our own and it was difficult to carry the bags at the 3rd floor without an elevator. I was alone with one small child. Luckily, the taxi driver that cooperates with this hotel helped me carry the things. He was very kind.

I also believe that the breakfast could have more options and not the same things every morning.

Lovely hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

The location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly, very professional and gave us a map with points of interest that we should visit. The check in and general communication were very good.

Cons:

There was a step inside the room that can be tricky because it's not very visible (I did trip on it during the night).

However, the main disappointment was the room view. The window opened directly onto the roof of the neighboring building, which made the room feel quite enclosed and lacked natural scenery. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but I was informed that no other rooms were available.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but I hope the hotel can offer more flexibility with room assignments when guests are unhappy with their room view.

Niesamowita lokalizacja, piękny widok z tarasu, bardzo miły i pomocny personel oraz niezwykle klimatyczny hotel!

Cons:

Trochę mały wybór na śniadaniach, ale ogólnie nie wpłynęło to na całościową ocenę obiektu.

Loved our stay snd would return!
Pros:

Loved the history of the residence and its location was unsurpassable. Beds very comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Only negative was having to haul luggage up two flights but as it is a historic property this is unavoidable.
