Pros:

The front desk was awesome. He answered every question that we asked & was so helpful. We missed our first night there because our flight canceled until the next evening That was so disappointing because we loved Prague so much we hated missing that extra time there

No creas lo que parecen ofrecerte, es publicidad engañosa.

Para ser precisos, no es un hotel, sino un aparthotel.
Lo realmente grave es que su publicidad es engañosa. Elegí este hotel porque me encandiló la fotografía de la habitación que ofrecían, pero la que me dieron al llegar no era esa.
No es aceptable decir: "las fotos son orientativas" porque en la oferta que Booking tenía cuando elegí y pagué la habitación hace 7 meses, cada habitación tenía una única fotografía, diferente del resto de habitaciones.
Tampoco podía esperar que mi habitación estaría en planta baja, con la ventana a menos de diez centímetros de una de las mesas del patio, en la que cada mañana había alguien desayunando. Para colmo no tenía contraventana ni persiana; ni siquiera una cortina opaca: he tenido que dormir cada noche viendo desde mi cama la luz del patio y la claridad del amanecer. Y poner sumo cuidado en cerrar todo lo posible la "cortina" (por cierto típica de un hotel de 1 o 2 estrellas), pues de lo contrario alguien podría observarme tranquilamente desde fuera. Para ser justo, añadiré que al menos el aislamiento acústico es bueno.
Por lo demás, un aparthotel aceptable. Muy bien ubicado pero sin lujo alguno.
En resumen, me siento engañado.

Wir sind zu Dritt, als Familie mit Teenager, angereist und hatten ein Appartements gebucht . Das Hotel und die Lage, alles perfekt. 5 Minuten zur Karlsbrücke. Wunderschöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber, ein chilliger kleiner Innenhof, das Cafè Mondieu direkt im Hotel für ein leckeres, gesundes Frühstück bis 11.30 Uhr oder Mittags-Kaffeesnacks. Parken kann man nicht im / am Hotel, aber es gibt diverse Parkplätze in der Nähe. Wir haben über Mr.Parkit, 10 Min Fußweg, sicher geparkt. Bei Nachfrage über das Hotel bekommt man einen 10% Gutschein. Funktioniert allerdings nur, wenn man per Kreditkarte zahlt.

Cons:

Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren. Wenn überhaupt, dann:Ein Schminkspiegel wäre schön, der Fön hat wenig Power, wie auch der Druck in der Dusche. Für Mädels mit langen Haaren etwas aufwendiger.
