Everything is simply perfect: location, facilities and cleanliness in the apartment, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Felt like home! Jakub, one of the reception staff, is particularly helpful. Thank you!
The microwave oven didn’t work well. Housekeeping quality varies from day to day but observed an improvement after reflecting to the reception staff.
Příjemné a útulné ubytování v samotném centru Prahy s veškerým komfortem. Velkorysý prostor s vybavenou kuchyní ( ocenuji designové spotřebiče Smeg). Nádherná terasa s výhledem - i kousek Prazského hradu uvidíte😊. Za mě úžasná lokalita. Bydlím v Praze, pronajala jsme byt pro setkání s kamaradkami, abychom po vecernim programu nespěchaly domu a uzily si společně i ranní snídani a vím, že jsem tu nebyla naposledy. Moc milý a vstřícný personál...

The rooms are beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The location is peaceful and in a lovely square. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The lighting in the living room wasn’t very bright. There is no mirror with a plug nearby for doing hair/makeup other than in the bathroom.

A lovely stay in a perfect location!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Royal Boutique Hotel. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location, just a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge! The area is quiet, but there are plenty of restaurants and little shops nearby, which makes it a great place to stay while exploring Prague.
Our apartment was absolutely spotless, and we felt very comfortable there.
The only thing to be aware of is that our apartment was on the third floor, and unfortunately, there was no lift on that side of the building. So, if you have any mobility issues or find stairs difficult, I would definitely recommend checking with the hotel about the location of your apartment before booking.
Apart from that, we had a really lovely stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting to discover beautiful Prague!
Beautifully decorated, stylish, clean, great location, loved having a kitchen.
Would have been nice to have had a toaster - was surprised it wasn’t provided, as they had thought of everything else. Could only watch Netflix, not British TV (i.e. BBC iPlayer).
The hotel was excellent. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for a longer stay. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Overall, this is a great place for an extended stay.
The only downside was the limited pillow options. It would be better if the hotel could provide two different types of pillows, such as one firmer and one softer, so guests can choose according to their preference.
Wir waren das zweite mal in diesem Hotel in Prag. Es war wieder einmal ganz hervorragend!
Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Einer der Empfangsmitarbeiter sprach sogar deutsch.
Die Lage ist ein katzensprung von der karlsbrücke entfernt und auch so ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier buchen.
Im Flur war es etwas hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste hörte beim kommen und gehen. Das war aber nicht störend.
