Great apartment, decor and furnishings were beautiful, comfortable beds. Lots of space and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, would highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Praga con aspettative elevate, purtroppo disattese.

Avevamo prenotato un appartamento Deluxe con vista sulla piazza principale e tre letti veri, come chiaramente indicato nella conferma. All’arrivo ci è stato invece assegnato un appartamento con vista interna, molto buio, con finestre piccole e una configurazione letti diversa (un matrimoniale, un letto alla francese e un divano letto).

Si tratta di un evidente downgrade, sia in termini di qualità che di comfort, rispetto a quanto prenotato e pagato.

Ancora più deludente è stata la gestione della situazione: pur comprendendo che l’hotel fosse al completo, ci si aspetterebbe almeno un approccio più orientato al cliente o un gesto commerciale a fronte della discrepanza.

La giustificazione secondo cui “la categoria non garantisce una specifica unità” non può legittimare la consegna di un alloggio sostanzialmente diverso da quello pubblicizzato.

Praga resta una città meravigliosa, ma questa esperienza non è stata all’altezza. Consiglio ai futuri ospiti di verificare con estrema attenzione i dettagli prima della prenotazione.
