除了枕頭可以試睡的假消息跟冷氣不冷房間有聲響過大外，其餘都很美好
Pros:

櫃檯接待人員以及餐廳的人員每個人都很親切，這點讓人旅遊的心情非常的愉悅（兩天旅遊行程因為下雨而提前結束）
早餐的用餐時間更是貼心，可以讓人不用為了趕退房匆匆忙忙的用餐，再匆忙的整理行李離開。
可以優雅的睡到自然醒，在房內泡個冷、熱溫泉，坐在陽台看著港口邊喝著咖啡、欣賞雨景的時光真的感覺很幸福。

Cons:

房間冷氣聲音很大聲又不冷，風速調強冷、溫度調到16度，沒蓋被子還會熱醒（是因為我們住頂樓的關係嗎？）
晚上23:00左右房間忽然有非常大的聲響（好像是超大機器的馬達聲，總之整間房間超大聲響嗡嗡嗡的維持了近3分鐘，我跟另一半回程想到可能是頂樓無邊際游泳池的關係）
電視遙控器已經老舊到褪色，按鍵也無法好好使用。
最讓我心碎的是，一開始櫃檯接待弟弟給我的美好心情，在詢問飯店可借枕頭試躺的服務後徹底破碎，原想枕頭好像很厲害，我是不是終於找到命中註定的枕頭了，結果我等待到飯店規定的時間前5分鐘打電話要去預約，接電話的小姐表示要20:00才能打去預約（好的，那我等會再打）
小姐再補充，我想預約的記憶枕沒有了，因為前一日續住的房客全部借走，這樣一開始就說沒有就好了，何必整那種20:00才會開放預約的事？

跟第一次住太魯閣煙波比有落差感！
Pros:

泡湯池很好，溫泉水也很燙！
房間也乾淨！

Cons:

床墊可能使用時間久了，睡著有凹陷感，不是很好睡。
