Pros:

1.雙泉池很舒服，第一次泡蘇澳的溫泉
2.在床上就可以看到海港的景色
3.早餐、晚餐都蠻好吃的，早餐的龍蝦味噌湯跟海鮮粥真的很推薦，然後晚餐的花椒肉末豆花很有趣
4.雖然離超商跟公共交通都有點距離，但外送跟計程車還算好叫

房間舒服且安靜，不論是空間、設備都沒有話說，從入住開始，不，是從到地下室停車開始，每位遇到的服務人員、包括清潔阿姨，都展現出熱情和專業。是可以安心入住的飯店。

Cons:

設施設計與人員緊急應對是否改檢討:本次半夜因為水槽泡澡時溢流，由8樓換到13樓，溫泉水槽不同樓層設計不同居然不知道，8樓浴池有個缺口，較無法承載溢出後的水，排水位置不佳，此設計容易流至臥房，當夜突然間發生此事興致全無也無法法好好休息，半夜換至13樓，夜晚人員說溫泉水流到地板，可能要增加清潔費，完全不合理，13樓的溫泉槽設計反而沒有缺口，看起來已經被補起來，排水位置也靠近排水口，無法理解為何對顧客如此反應，值班人員緊急回飯店得到回應是飯店從未遇過此事，公司應該重視此事
