1. 頂樓沒有管制好，我腿骨折只能在飯店走動，定了這間飯店就是想好好休息看海，但你們頂樓沒有管控小孩，撞到我的腳，對方媽媽也沒有誠懇的道歉，我認為旅館應該要嚴格把控，小孩亂竄到我我很不高興，再也不去頂樓，也不再回的你們飯店。
2. 你們有在清理房間嗎？因為無法上頂樓再被小孩撞了，結果發現你們陽台很髒，椅子也很髒很黏，根本沒有清理乾淨。

全館的服務人員都很親切👍特別是餐廳服務員☺️ 飯店在蘇澳港邊視野很棒，房間是海景房13樓的邊間，視野超棒，能在房間就看到日出，真的好美！！ 而且房內還有冷泉池和溫泉池♨️ 住宿含兩餐，早晚餐都很豐盛，好喜歡！！ 是個很棒的慶生旅程🥰
