- From the airport to the hotel:
Take a Da-Yo Air Bus- Dayuan line and get off at Tatung university. Silken Hotel is located at the intersection of the end of Dehui Street and North Sinsheng Road. It may take 5 to 8 minutes on foot.
- From the hotel to the airport:
Walk to Imperial Hotel in 4 minutes and take Da-Yo Air Bus to Taoyuan International Airport.
* Alternatively, you may take a taxi to reach the hotel and it would cost around TWD 1500.

- From the MRT station to the hotel:
Get off at ZhongShan Elementary School MRT Station and go straight along North Linsan Road (towards East Minzu Road). Then turn right at Dehui Street and the hotel is at your left side.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

お部屋は綺麗で、MRTの乗り場も近い、スーパー、夜市、食事するところと全て徒歩圏内にある。

Cons:

公式ホームページには当日キャンセルについて「保証金全額没、天候の要因は例外」書いてありますが、台風で欠航になりいけない旨を説明しても普通に請求され不快でした。書いてあることと対応が違うので不信感がすごいです。天候が理由でもキャンセル料は取られますので気をつけてください。

長期滞在者向きです。
Pros:

値段の割にお部屋は広めで快適です。
ホテルの目の前にU-bikeがあるので散策にも便利です。
コインランドリーも近くにあるので、長期滞在の人には向いていると思います。

Cons:

温水が出てくるのに時間がかかります。
宿泊者が動き出す時間帯であればさほど気になりませんが、早朝シャワーを浴びたくても、温水が出てくるまでに10分ほども時間がかかることがありました。
急いでいる時には全く当てにできませんので注意が必要です。

A great choice for a city stay.
Pros:

My stay went great and comfy, the heated toilet seat was a nice bonus. The property is located close to everything I needed.

I liked Nothing about this hotel, to be very honest.

I disliked this hotel from the Very First Night I walked into the lobby. It smelled Soooo Bad that I felt like crying… another customer said there was water leaking aloft his room 807, from what I heard.
Also, I booked the 10/16-10/18, on Oct. 10th around 1:30 pm. When I wanted to cancel the booking 4 hours later, they said I had to pay the full amount and no cancellation allowed. I recall it said free cancellation till 10/12, 11:59 pm. 3 days prior to check in arrival. The customer service was So bad, that they did not help call the can after my airport car did not respond to me around 5:50 am, for my 6 am appointment, Mr. Chou was very indifferent. He even said you wanna call the cab “Now”, it will cost you. Can you imagine the front desk person provided Absolute No Help nor Solution to me lat minute emergency situation. Oh my goodness!!

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly service and a convenient location.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Silken Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Taipei. It was a nice, quiet place to come back to after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Nothing major that we didn’t like. We were just a little surprised that there wasn’t much closet or drawer space to unpack and store our clothes, especially for a longer stay. Otherwise, we were very comfortable.

不能更改日期跟退款到底是怎樣，要那麼蕭貪嗎?跟我說因為我訂的那天客滿 ，拒絕了多客人所以不給我退，繼續騙 我上網查了當天明明還有房間 真的是很惡劣的商家，建議大家要來住的話要三思。

Aucun lit bébé à disposition gratuitement (ce qui ne nous est jamais arrivé avec tous les hôtels précédent) : facturation d'un lit d'appoint pour un montant par nuit équivalent à la moitié du prix de la chambre...

Hall d'accueil qui sent très fortement la moisissure (ce n'est plus de l'humidité à ce niveau-là)
