Cons:

There was no key to the safe, and even the two spares had gone missing so we had 2 weeks of carrying all our valuables and passports everywhere.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage. Gibt kaum etwas zu bemängeln.

Cons:

Treppenhaus sehr hellhörig. Zudem ist das Licht im Treppenhaus die ganze Nacht an und es scheint durch die Tür. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es Nachts schon ziemlich laut.

Cons:

Die Fenster kann man nicht richtig schliessen, deswegen hört man Alles von draussen. Es war zu laut um einzuschlafen und man wurde von den Kirchenglocken um 7 und 8 Uhr geweckt. Zudem war im Zimmer ein komischer Geruch und es war etwas klein (keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen). Ausserdem gab es kein Lift, um die schweren Koffer nach ganz oben zu bringen. Die Rezeption und das Frühstück ist in einem anderen Gebäude, was einwenig umständlich war.

Le confort de la literie, l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner les produits tels que brosse à dent, gel douche, les bouteilles d'eau au frais... nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons été entendus (Elia Kentpon)
. Cela s'est fait facilement et avec le sourire. Tout le personnel est incroyable de gentillesse et d'efficacité. Merci à tout le monde. Petit cœur à Katepina qui a été d'une patience sans faille face à notre anglais chaotique.

Cons:

Notre chambre était parfaite pour un court séjour mais nous passions 9 jours à Chania et la petite fenêtre donnant sur un toit de restaurant qu'il fallait ouvrir en montant sur le lit ainsi que la taille de la chambre de 13m2 n'était pas adaptés à la durée de notre séjour.

All in all good value for the money.

Si vous voulez dormir, ce n est pas la qu il faut a´ler.ou alors demandez une cham bre sur cour.j avais unechambre sur rue et passe une nuit d,horreur! Restaurant juste en dessous,fenetres mal insonorisees, jysqua 2 heures du matin, puis rangement des tables,puis gens rentrant de boite a 5 h,,en claquant les portes, puis a 6h les poubelles avec u bruitde tocsin, puis les cloches de l, eglise!

Bardzo miły i przyjazny personel, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo i dobrze ugoszczeni. Można pozostawić po pobycie bagaże przed odlotem, co jest na duży plus. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, zdecydowanie wystarczające. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, w kilka minut pieszo do portu i restauracji 🙂

Δεν υπήρχε χώρος να απλώσουμε μαγιό και πετσέτες θαλασσής αλλά και μπάνιου καθώς το δωμάτιο έχει μόνο ένα μικρό παράθυρο ψηλά και όταν τηλεφωνήσαμε για να μας βρουν μια λύση απλά μας είπαν ότι θα προωθήσουν το αίτημα μας το οποίο ακόμη μάλλον προωθείται γιατί δεν μας απάντησαν ΠΟΤΕ…ο εξαερισμός ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ καλός με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να έχει πολύ υγρασία και μυρωδιά μούχλας😳😳
