Pros:

Staff were excellent, especially after room mix up!
Would have preferred the 1st room we were initially allocated but the room we got was perfectly fine

Cooles Hotel in einer coolen Stadt.
Pros:

Ein echt uriges, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Großes Zimmer und sehr gemütliche Betten.

Cons:

Die Gepäckstücke können am An- bzw. Abreisetag nicht hinterlegt werden. Es gibt jedoch gute Alternativmöglichkeiten (z.B. am Bahnhof).

Klassisches Amsterdam Haus super für einen kurzen Städteurlaub

sehr sehr gute Lage
gutes WLAN

nettes Personal
auch wenn der Raum sehr klein ist kann man mit dem Dachfenster gut lüften und abends kühlt es stark ab

Cons:

leider keine Steckdose direkt am Bett
Man muss jedes Mal in den 4. Stock auf einer steilen Treppe laufen (aber das ist ja vor der Buchung klar und gehört halt zu diesem klassischen Haus)
auch bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man die Straßenbahn etc.

Excellent location

Cons:

No aircon in room and was very hot so made it less comfortable, no elevator which is to be expected in an old Dutch building but just to be noted if you have difficulty with stairs

De ligging was top! Midden in de stad en alles op loopafstand

Cons:

We zijn heel onbeschoft behandeld door het personeel (salman!) Omdat wij aangaven dat we jus d'orange niet lekker vonden ( leek wel uit een pak geschonken). En deze beste meneer ging gelijk in de verdediging en ging hard praten maakte daarbij kleinerende gebaren naar ons.Hij sprak geen woord Nederlands! Nooit meer dat wij hier terug komen en zal het ook zeker niet aanraden. Heeeel vrouw onvriendelijk en later kwam er nog 1 bij hij was ook totaal niet vriendelijk.

Hotelkamer super klein en geen airco. Is echt wel aan vernieuwing toe. Vies en ziet er oud uit!
Zonde van het geld dit!
Ik zal nooit meer voor dit hotel kiezen. Jammer ons weekend is hierdoor echt verziekt!!

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación

Cons:

No había recepción. Estábamos en el cuarto piso, escaleras estrechas y muy empinadas, la habitación pequeña y no había ni gancho para la toalla. Solo estiraban las sábanas y cambiaban las toallas. No había armario, y en la descripción de la habitación ponía que había.
No había servicio para poder dejar la mochila una vez hecho el checkout y además caro!!

Pros:

Localização excelente, cerca de 10 minutos andando da Estação Central. Muitas lojas, restaurantes e atividades ao redor. O café da manhã do restaurante (não incluso) foi muito bom também.

Cons:

Unico ponto são as escadas para subir. São bem íngrimes e para quem está com mala isso pode ser uma questão.
