Excellent location, solid menu, full bar, attentive and caring staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, great little restaurant, and pub below. Very friendly staff with English spoken very well.

Cons:

Not much at all, obviously most of these old buildings do not have AC and we just have to come accustomed to that during hot times. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Loved the attentiveness of staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included in the price but was substantial as I ate breakfast at midday so was pleased hotel offered all day breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like having to take my suitcases up 2 floors...as a 66 year old lady I thought was odd noone offered to take them up for me...staff member said you are in Holland now ...no wonder there are pulleys out of the windows in the buildings to haul furniture etc.

Pros:

Goede locatie. Dichtbij alles wat je zou nodig hebben, inclusief het treinstation. Nachtingang is handig. Kamer was klein maar voor 1 persoon is dat oke.

Cons:

Personeel sprak geen Nederlands, maar voor de rest heb ik niet veel meer om over te klagen.

Location is the highlight. Other than that, rooms are hot with no aircon, steps are extremely steep and narrow and the staff aren’t very careful/considerate. Booked months in advance, requested bottom floor room due to lots of luggage and was given top floor in the attic. Staff also gave a new key to our room to a different guest and they walked into our room whilst we were there. Staff never apologised or even told us so had we not been there we would not know. This new card also meant our other one now didn’t work and had we not instantly realised we would’ve been stuck come midnight when the door closes. Disappointing for price that we paid.

Pros:

L'hotel è posizionato in un luogo strategico, proprio di fianco a piazza Dam e il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente buono. Lo staff è cordiale. Il letto è veramente comodo e grande, rispetto alla camera.

Cons:

La camera è piuttosto piccola e manca un armadio per riporre i vestiti. L'hotel non ha l'ascensore e si sviluppa su 4 piani, quindi attenzione. Non c'è nemmeno una vera e propria hall, bisogna chiedere al pub sottostante.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo à Dam Square, à Central Station, inclusive com uma estação do Tram bem na frente. O quarto era bastante confortável, embora não muito grande, mas ainda maior que a média dos que eu vi em outros lugares na cidade (especialmente considerando que eu estava sozinho), e o banheiro também era confortável e funcional. Não cheguei a consumir, mas fica a nota de que há um restaurante no térreo, que também serve café da manhã.

Cons:

As escadas são estreitas e íngremes, bem no estilo Amsterdã, mas ainda menos desconfortáveis que em outros lugares que vi pela cidade. Fui no verão, e o quarto estava um pouco quente. Felizmente não chegou a incomodar, mas poderia ser disponibilizado um ar condicionado ou ventilador para refrescar melhor o ambiente. Ah, o box do banheiro não tem porta, então o banheiro molhava bastante na hora do banho.

Pros:

The hotel location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and next to Dam Square.

Cons:

Only issue I had with my stay was the lack of towels in the room on arrival. This was sorted within the hour by the member of staff.

A localização é ótima!!!!Perto da Central Station! Fomos caminhando até o hotel com malas! Na nossa estadia não estava inclusa o breakfast!

Pros:

A localização é magnífica! Próxima da Estação Central, mas tb de diversos pontos turísticos, como os canais, a Dam Square. Gosto de caminhar, voltei andando dos museus.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedada no 4° andar, que é como um sótão, então o teto é inclinado e bem baixinho em parte do quarto. Por ser um prédio histórico (muitíssimo charmoso) não tem elevador e a acessibilidade é ruim. Além de difícil de subir com a mala, é necessário bastante atenção com a escada!

Well located but limited. Just about passable for an overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

A great location near Dam square & the main shopping street. Only 2 tram stops from Central Station and there's a tram stop near the front door. Pleasant and helpful staff who helped move my luggage up 4 flights of steep stairs.

Cons:

The single room on the top floor was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. No storage space.
