Rommet og badet var rent. God beliggenhet. Frokost til 4 pm!
Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Da jeg ankom var det ca 30 grader ,ingen aircondition. Viften virket ikke. Kunne ikke sove der første natten.
Måtte selv kjøpe en ny vifte , da ble det levelig og hadde det fint resten av oppholdet! Ga viften til hotellet!

Good location and spacious room. Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent location right next to Dam square so able to easily access all tourist spots.
Was above a pub but wasn’t noisy at all.
Had a spacious room.

Cons:

No AC or fan therefore in the hot Europe summer the room would be extreme hot. We had the windows open and was a nice temp but we had cooler temps during our stay (15degrees overnight).

The floor could have done with a proper sweep or hoover.

Rude staff and an unacceptable way of handling the situation completely ruined our stay.
Cons:

Although I acknowledge that I violated the hotel's no-smoking policy and was informed at check-in that a €250 smoking fee would apply, my complaint is not about the existence of this rule.

My concern is the way the situation was handled. The staff were extremely rude, aggressive, and intimidating. I was shocked by their behavior and left the hotel in tears. We were forced to leave the hotel at around 1:00 a.m. with our luggage and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

I believe the hotel's security cameras can objectively verify how the staff behaved during the incident. Regardless of any policy violation, guests should always be treated with respect and professionalism.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein mit Dachschrägen. Das Bad war im Verhältnis zum Zimmer groß.

Fantastic stay and will return
Pros:

Excellent location, the cafe/bar Dow stairs served wonderful food and the staff were great

Cons:

The room was very hot and the fan didn’t cool down the room. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been good
