Emplacement parfait. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied

Il faudrait mettre des étagères dans la salle de bains pour nous permettre de poser nos affaires de toilettes, et des crochets au mur pour pouvoir accrocher des vêtements

Cons:

Rooms are very basic considering the cost. Presence of a mousetrap in the room was not what I expected. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Pros:

Próximo da estação central, que dá pra ir andando. O quarto que me colocaram inicialmente não correspondia ao que reservei. Mas depois consegui trocar por outro com duas camas separadas, com o espaço necessário. A ducha era boa e tinha sabonete líquido próximo do chuveiro e da pia. Embaixo no prédio, tem restaurante, que também serve café da manhã.

Cons:

O quarto em que fiquei era no quarto andar em escadas estreitas íngremes. O banheiro não tem box e acaba ficando bem molhado após o banho. O espelho do banheiro não tem iluminação próxima, fica escuro para fazer barba. Uma janela menor não tinha cortina e ficava mais claro dentro do quarto pela manhã.

Great location, immaculate hotel would stay here again
Pros:

Our plane was delayed but the staff had stayed around to make sure we could still check in. The room and hotel was immaculate. The area felt safe and was close to everything, 5 minutes to the canals, 10 minutes to the station. The bar and restaurant served great food and drinks at good prices. I would definitely stay here if I visit the city again.

Cons:

It's a little noisy outside at night, but it's on a main street so should be expected.

Unser Aufenthalt zum King’s Day war leider enttäuschend. Besonders der Umgang mit der Hygiene im öffentlichen Bereich war mangelhaft: Jemand hatte sich im Flur auf dem Teppich übergeben – trotz Meldung dauerte es über 17 Stunden, bis gereinigt wurde. In der Zwischenzeit musste man auf den engen Treppen um die Stelle herumbalancieren, was bei dem starken Geruch extrem unangenehm war.
Zusätzlich fehlte ein Service zur Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag. Dass man selbst zwei kleine Koffer nicht für ein paar Stunden unterstellen kann, ist wenig gästefreundlich.

Good value, location, and restaurant. Beware of stairs.
Pros:

Fantastic location among historical buildings and shops; right by a tram stop and Dam Square was a couple of blocks’ walk.
Very spacious room 20 with 3 twin beds.
Good cafe/restaurant at street level of the hotel, where we usually ate breakfast and dinner (including tasty Dutch food). Opened 8 am

Cons:

Really steep old Dutch stairs, and we were on the 4th(top) floor. No elevators. Somehow I hadn’t picked it up when reading reviews of hotel at booking time.

Hotel full so we couldn’t be moved lower. My husband had a freshly sprained ankle and needed to walk
with a cane. But, young men at the desk brought our luggage up and down for us.
We have a lot of stairs at home so were in good shape for climbing (but these were steeper and narrower, fyi).
