As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. MINORS POLICY Minors must always be accompanied by an adult relative, in development of the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the agency warns the tourist that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are criminally and administratively punishable under Colombian law. All minors must present a valid identification document to check in at the Hotel (the documents accepted by the Hotel may vary in each case, but usually identity cards, passports and civil registries are accepted). In the event that the minor is not in the company of his/her parents during his/her stay, at the time of check-in, he/she must present his/her identification (identity card, passport and/or civil registry), a copy of his/her parents' identification and a letter of authorization signed and authenticated or apostilled by both parents, expressly authorizing the adult present with the minor to check him/her in at the Hotel. Nothing in these terms and conditions modifies the immigration requirements of the country, nor the duties that must be legally complied with to carry out such procedures (such as formalities of the exit permit or similar before the corresponding authorities). La habitación muy normalita, el televisor pequeñísimo y viejo ni siquiera tienen para ver aplicaciones o YouTube, no son smart

1. El tv es muy pequeño y no tiene apps de streaming 2.La delgadez de las paredes, en otras ocasiones me he quedado acá pero no había notado ese problema. No se si sea porque en esta oportunidad no tuve una habitación esquinera. En esta ocasión tuve que escuchar la música, el tv y el ronquido del huésped del al lado, toda la noche, afortunadamente al día siguiente se fue y esa habitación no se arrendó nuevamente. Debo resaltar que el personal fue comprensivo y me ofreció cambio de habitación esa noche, pero solo habían habitaciones de una cama y yo necesitaba de 2. Hay que solucionar la inosonorizacion, no me quedaré nuevamente porque aunque no es muy caro, tampoco es muy barato, no me arriesgaré a pasar una mala noche pagando más de 200.000.
Los meseros y personal son muy amables.
Variedad en la comida del desayuno y servicio de botón para cargar el equipaje.
Lobby vista
1. Habitaciones no tienen nevera ni paquetes. Entonces agua se calienta y si dulces o paquetes madrugada por al huésped le da hambre.
2. El parqueadero es supremament incómodo porque se demoran mucho con la entrega y es complejo que. Uno no pueda revisar el carro (para viajar) como agua frenos etc. es demorado la entrega.
3. No tienen domicilios.

Las almohadas me parecieron un poco altas.
No hay ducha en el área del jacuzzi y su uso no es práctico.
La ubicación , no me gustó la cama , éramos 3 y solo había 2 camas y pequeñas , el desayuno muy simple , no tenían casi proteínas , el aire acondicionado siempre se pone en 17 y hace mucho frío en las noches , las entradas son incómodas xq debes subir al lobby q está arriba y al inicio no tienes claro por donde entrar
