Pros:

Schöne Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden. Es gibt außen kein Schild das auf den Hotelbereich hinweist. Ein eigener Parkbereich ist nicht vorhanden. Man muss relativ weit laufen zur Parkgarage. Es ist kein Halteplatz vor dem Hotel für aus und einladen vorhanden.

El personal es muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle disminuye el confort, la habitacion requiere mayor cuidado para alergicos al polvo, particularmete el tapete que es un material complejo, los vidrios estaban sucios lo que le resto magia a la habitación.

Zimmer okay, aber Lärm, Sauberkeit und Organisation sind mangelhaft.
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das durchwegs freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war solide und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse in den Deluxe-Zimmern mit Flussblick ein echtes Problem. Durch Verkehrslärm – insbesondere durch Poser, Einsatzfahrzeuge, Hupen sowie die hörbaren Dehnfugen der nahegelegenen Brücke – ist an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken. Die vorhandene Doppelverglasung reicht hier leider absolut nicht aus, um den Lärm wirksam abzuschirmen.

Ein Wechsel in ein ruhigeres Zimmer war nicht möglich, ebenso wenig zeigte sich das Management bereit, eine Kompensation anzubieten oder die folgende Nacht zu stornieren – das ist enttäuschend.

Wenig erfreulich war auch der Zustand des Zimmers bei Ankunft: Im Schrank befand sich noch offensichtlich vergessene Kleidung eines vorherigen Gastes, was Zweifel an der Sorgfalt des Housekeepings aufkommen lässt.

Auch beim Gepäckservice besteht Verbesserungsbedarf: Für im Hotel deponierte Koffer erhält man keine Abholmarke oder ähnliche Absicherung. Da das Sicherheitspersonal auf Nachfrage den Gepäckraum unkompliziert öffnet, wirkt das System wenig vertrauenswürdig – theoretisch könnte jeder Zugriff auf die abgestellten Koffer erhalten.

Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit wenig Licht und viel Schatten, bei dem insbesondere Lärmschutz und Organisation deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial haben.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Moldau. Das Frühstück in der 7. Etage war gut. Die Auswahl reichlich. Das Personal immer zur Stelle. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen.
