Cons:

Dårlig service i skybar, kom 2130 og fikk servering selv om de skule stenge kl 2200. Blei bedt om å gå 5 minutter før stengetid selv om vi ikke hadde drukket ut. Hvorfor i det hele tatt servere noe når de ante at de måtte kaste oss ut, ekstremt dårlig service.

Bohužel jsme dostali pokoj kde hrozně smrděl odpad a v koupelně to byl vyloženě zážitek , výhled byl do vnitrobloku kde byl bordel ….

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem besonderen Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut.
Das gesamte Ambiente mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Moldau hat uns sehr gefallen.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln haben wir alle unsere Orte,die wir besichtigen wollten,schnell erreicht.

Cons:

Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist,dass weder ein deutscher noch englischsprachiger Fernsehsender vorhanden war.
In diesem Preissegment müsste das eigentlich
angeboten werden.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf Moldau und Prager Burg
Pros:

Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ideal. Das Frühstück bot von bzw. für jeden etwas. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wenn auch die deutsche Sprache nur von einem Mitarbeiter (während unseres Aufenthaltes) gesprochen wurde.

Man sollte unbedingt im Restaurant Ginger and Fred mindestens einmal gegessen haben. Außergewöhnlich gut. Eine glatte 11 von 10 Punkten.

Cons:

Bevor wir angereist sind habe ich mich noch nach Parkmöglichkeiten erkundigt. Per mail in englischer Sprache haben wir 3 Parkhäuser empfohlen bekommen, mit dem Hinweis, zum Koffer ausladen, dürfen wir kurz die Busspur vor dem hotel nutzen. Gesagt getan. 2-3 Minuten Koffer abgegeben, Parkkarte erhalten, zum Auto gegangen, da erwartete uns bereits ein Polizist. Gott sei Dank hatte gerade der nette Mann an der Rezeption Dienst, der uns sofort als Übersetzer/Vermittler geholfen hat. Aus Kulanz hat das Hotel den Strafzettel übernommen.
Die Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer bzw. im Flur könnten aus hygienischen Gründen mit einem Verschluss versehen werden. Der Haartrockner im Bad sollte einmal am Lüftungsgitter entstaubt/gereinigt werden.
Es steht in der Beschreibung auf booking, dass Satelliten TV angeboten wird, die deutschsprachigen Sender werden auch angezeigt aber leider gibt es keinen SAT-Empfang. Am Abend konnte der hinzugerufene Mitarbeiter nicht helfen, vormittags haben wir dann von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption erfahren, dass es gar keine deutschsprachigen Sender gibt. Nut tschechische und englische. Das sollte dann auf booking aktualisiert werden.

V hotelu vždy ve skleněné věži jsme byli ubytováni již několikrát, oceňuji především lokalitu, úžasný výhled, vzhled pokoje.

Cons:

Od malých lahviček šamponů a mýdla přešel hotel na velké balení umístěné v držácích v koupelně, což podle mně není správné rozhodnutí. Proč mám v tak drahém pokoji používat něco, co přede mnou evidentně používal někdo jiný? Balení načatá, pomačkaná a zespodu a v držácích usazené zbytky 🙄. Malé lahvičky zřejmě hotel stály více, ale byly více hygienické a více osobní.

Skvělý ochotný personál, hotel v centru Prahy, krásný výhled u okna pokoje.

Cons:

Očekával bych k tomu všemu pěknému i naprostou čistotu pokoje. Na stolku byl prach, okna nebyla vyloženě čistá. Na stolku bylo ovoce, bohužel po jeho zvednutí z talířku se ukázalo, že je plesnivé.
