Pros:

The hotel was located in the heart of Zamalek, we really loved it since we were at a short walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs shop and the nile. It was a great hotel for us since we were two females travelling and we could see the military right outside our hotel and the police also. Highly recommend for female travellers. The rooms were old but well maintained, no smells or anything. Very clean

Cons:

The reception and the bar. We asked them pretty normal questions that every local could answer and they didn’t help the tinniest bit. The bar was another story, i got my coffee there every morning and they acted like it was a great annoyance and never even smiled. Ofc i don’t want people to look like clowns and smile for nothing, but i was there for 4 days and tipped them well, so a thank you would have sufficed.

RIHAM KHALED MADE MY WIFE'S WEDDING EXCEPTIONAL
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was top-notch especially the staff.. Riham Khaled was exceptional, she met with me when I requested to surprise my wife with her birthday celebration. She came out with other team members with excellent surprise room decor for my wife's birthday.. my wife was wowed..bcos she didn't see it coming.. my wife said this is her best birthday celebration so far... Riham Khaled, thank you for making wife's birthday worth it..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren aussergewöhnlich vielseitig und schmackhaft (jeweils Büffett). Die Lage ist perfekt um Kairo zu erkunden.
