Nous avons regretté de ne pouvoir changer d’hôtel du fait d’une réservation non modifiable.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner riche et de qualité quoique servi dans un espace dépourvu de charme et très impersonnel. Bon emplacement près d’une station de métro, du Nil et de commerces.

Cons:

Propreté des espaces communs ; absence de serviabilité du personnel ; sentiment général d’enfermement - immenses couloirs borgnes, chambre avec fenêtre assez petite scellée et partiellement obturée par un rideau inamovible ; absence de luminosité naturelle dans la plupart des espaces communs ; piscine ridiculement petite (derrière une grande grille) : claustrophobes même légers s’abstenir. De manière générale, aucun charme et aucune personnalité.

Impecable premises and the team !!!! Every single person from the porter, the receptionists, the housekeeping, the bar tenders, the waiters…every one of them are incredible kind profesional and helpful! Nothing… some reviews complain about the noise outside the pool and the slow internet but its not the hotel to blame… its Cairo! Its Egypt! With it mad caos full of horns traffic and crowds all over the city centre!! If you are going to Cairo you will have to live and adapt to this crazy and wondefull city.. internet is slow but that happens in all this city! I help myself with a stong sim card so i use the hotel internet and mine. I have not a single complain about this wonderful hotel

Un très bel hôtel récent en plein centre du Caire
Pros:

Très bon emplacement près de la place Tahrir et tout proche des commerces des rues adjacentes où l’on trouve tout et un peu n’importe quoi 🙃 restaurants accessibles à pied. La piscine bien que petite reste très agréable après une journée de visite. La salle de sport est super et le personnel est aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner au niveau de la qualité de l’hôtel. Je pense qu’au Caire c’est très certainement l’un des meilleurs hôtels. Il date de 2016 quand les autres hôtels internationaux (Hilton and Co) sont beaucoup plus désuets aujourd’hui. Au final une très belle expérience que je recommande

C’est un hôtel très bien situé et surtout très sécurisé (garde devant l’hôtel) et franchement ça c’est un vrai luxe ! L’immeuble dans sa globalité était très propre, que ce soit les chambres ou bien les salles communes (couloirs, restaurants). Le room service est délicieux et pour le prix ça vaut vraiment le coup ! Le petit déjeuner aussi, une grande variété de produits issus de différents pays. La piscine un vrai plus avec les chaleur de l’Egypte. Enfin, le personnel était très accueillant et au petit soin avec nous !

Cons:

Le bruit, Le Caire dans sa globalité est une ville bruyante, pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à dormir je recommande les bouchons d’oreilles !

Pros:

Central location. Wonderful, polite and helpful staff. Good variety of food for breakfast and lovely presentation. Rooms are kept clean and tidy with much needed air conditioning during the summer period.
